thermostat was not turning off Heat would not shut off. I had construction in the house and they stapled the heating line in the wall before putting up the sheetrock. the service guy diagnosed the problem within 3 minutes. A staple had split the line. He removed the line and did not damage the sheetrock and within an hour the job was completed. Bravo!!!! Excellent service.... Thanks Lou Fasano Heating & Cooling.

My furnace motor stopped working and I called Lou from Lou Fasano Heating/Cooling (keep in mind that he was not the person who installed my furnace initially)

He had his men come out, assess the problem, ordered a new motor and installed it for FREE. I couldn't believe it when he told me this was on the house. When I asked him "why are you doing this?" he said, "it's nice to help people and give back" and he was in the giving mood. He literally refused to take money from me!! Great service and nice techs. After making an appointment with Frasair on Sunday that never showed up and didn't call to say the tech wasnt coming I called Fasano Monday morning and they came out same day and got my ac working within 10mins and all it needed was the capacitor. We use them for out hvac at work and that's how I found out about them.

Lou put in my central air system a few years ago. I had 2 major issues since then, the last one just recently, and when I tried to contact him, he was no where to be found. If you are looking for someone who is responsible and reliable, look elsewhere!! You will not find anywhere here with these qualties.

Great company! They did two large jobs for my business. Today my home AC went out on the hottest day of the summer. With a newborn I was worried it would be a few days before I could get someone in the middle of a heat wave, but a few hours later I have AC again! THANK YOU!!!

We have a wall unit A.C. which was making a,loud rattling noise. The unit is a Friedrich & a year old. Fasano installed it for us. I called in the morning and John was at my home by
4 pm. He checked to make sure there were no loose parts which there were not . John explained that the water can build up in the tray which can cause the noise from the slinger part. This made sense as the A.C. did not turn on that often due to cooler previous days. The noise has subsided substantially as the unit is on more often due to this heat wave.
John is extremely courteous, professional & knowledgeable . This is not the first time we have had an issue with this unit & Fasano's company has always addressed our concerns expeditiously . Last but not least, extremely fair in billing!!
I would highly recommend Lou Fasano's company and thank John for another great job !!
