It is very rare you meet a company who is honest, helpful and professional. I was able to get an appt sooner than I expected. Company arrived on time. He was very professional. Gave us our options and his price was reasonable. I would recommend this company to anyone looking to service their unit or purchase a unit. They will now become our go to company for our heating and cooling services.

My A/C was 16 years old and dying a slow, expensive painful death. I gathered several estimates, then Tom Mc Nally and Always Comfy were recommended to me.
He was thorough in both learning what I needed, and recommending what would work best for me. His estimate was fair and competitive, and he was able to accommodate my request to do the install within a couple of days. I am thrilled with my new system. Great service. My heat went out in the middle of a cold day hay was about to get colder. Called Always Comfy and Tom came out and had my furnace back back running hot air within minutes. He explained everything he was doing and what I should plan for in the future. I highly recommend this company.

Thomas did a wonderful job replacing the furnace and condenser. He explained different options available and walked me through the process to educate on what exactly he would be doing. After installing he thourghly cleaned up and explained on how to use the new equipment. I highly recommend Always Comfy.
