Anthony was our main contact person. He is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. He took the time to answer any questions we had and provided his expertise on our hot water heater replacement.
Our installers were punctual and very friendly. Very clean and wonderful people. Efficient workers and very friendly as well.

My AC stopped working after a long day of work on a Friday evening. I called On Time Heat and Air for servicing. Josh called me immediately and stated he would be out in the morning. As promised, Josh came out and took care of the problem. I was very grateful to have someone like Josh fix the problem in a timely manner. He was professional and has the knowledge to complete the job. I highly recommend Josh and On Time. Service was excellent! Due to Josh's service I will only deal with On Time for my home repairs!

The employees who do the servicing are always very nice and answer any questions that I may have. They are helpful and friendly and do a great job! I highly recommend Dowd heating and air. The staff at the office are also very nice . Pleasant personalities in scheduling appointments and giving reminders that fall and spring maintenance is needed. If there is a problem and there is an emergency the office staff was very helpful in making sure someone comes out to handle the problem.

Joe, Mike and Yuri were very professional, worked quickly and did a great job from start to finish. Mike showed me everything they did, explained how to change filters and gave me tips on how to help keep the system running well.
