They replaced my HVAC system (heater and AC), Anthony, the owner is very knowledgeable, Paul, the sales guy was very responsive with phone and text. The installation crew: Mike, Joe, Yury, and Milton were very friendly and arrived on time. The work is high quality, they covered the floor with drop cloths, and cleaned up before leaving. The price is fair. I would definitely use them in the future. Great experience!

Matthew Natale was great and very helpful. Job was done quick and he knew exactly what was wrong. Very experienced and friendly person. Really reasonable and prices were also very fair.
Had great insight and really knowledgeable about his job and this industry in general. Will call again for service in the future.

My wife and I had a great experience with On Time Heating & Air throughout the whole process of replacing our Air Conditioning system. Jorel the service tech was great when he initially came out, and was very patient/thorough with his work. He set us up with Salesperson Paul, who did an amazing job walking us through the process and making us feel comfortable with our decision. Finally, Michael, Scott and the install team crushed it today. They were prompt, efficient, and knowledgeable. Great experience all around, and I highly recommend!

On Time Heat and Air provided us with a brand new furnace and A/C unit for our home when we first moved in. Just recently, I had to call in because we were experiencing a bit of a problem and I left a message. I received a call back quickly by Jorel, who was more than helpful and was able to resolve our problem over the phone. He is very knowledgeable in his work and also taught me a few tricks for our system. He answered all of my questions plus more! He gave us peace of mind and was just another reminder of how great this company is. Thank you!

These guys are the most dishonest and have no morals at all. Stay away from them. We called them to repair our condition one wk ago. I paid them $560.00 for their service . After 4 days we have the same problem and the air condition does not work. I called them back to return to fix the air condition, the guy is asking me again to pay $220.00 for service call. What a nerve.
I will call New Jersey consumer affair dep to make a formal complain against these crooks. They left exposed wires, wet floor w a mess. These guys are the most dishonest and have no morals at all. Stay away from them. They changed a newly installed thermostat and fuses that in perfect conditions totally unrelated to the problem.

Steven continues to represent himself and the company with integrity and professionalism. He is affable yet respectful, clear and informative. I request him as my technician whenever possible.

Michael Pino was so great to work with! This was the second time we used On Time Heat & Air and worked with Michael. He is super knowledgeable! He installed a completely new HVAC system into our home that originally had no central air or heat this month. He would thoroughly answer all our questions and worked very hard to get the job done as quick as possible.

air conditioner service check - received a free promo. Steven was professional and also personable. I will sign up for the annual service contract. If the a/c goes out when it''s 100º, that's when you need a guy to show up!

This is the second time using On Time Heat and Air for our AC system repair needs and the experience was excellent both times. Today we had technician Jorel Galvez repair our AC which had stopped working out of nowhere. Jorel was quick to find the issues and fix the problems.
