We had system for 20 years and decided to replace. Never had problem with our old system. Now we need service 4 to 5 days a year. Always stops working in extreme cold or heat. They can remote our system from office which I believe gives them opportunity to fool around with our controls. If we dont get the system maintained by them 2x a year the heat or ac turns off until they come out. And always charged for service.
