On Time Heat and Air, LLC

After I called to get an estimate on a replacement oil-furnace, I noticed they live up to the name, as the initial visit and then the install were all done on time. Mark was very knowledgeable and accommodating with my requests, as the job changed to include an AC replacement, and then I switched to include a heat-pump/hybrid system, and they were the most prepared to get the job done, at a competitive price. Jason and the installation team were very helpful - communicated to me any questions they had, and worked to make sure I was comfortable before they finished up. I am liking the electric heat pump already, will see how much I saved by reducing oil usage!

Anthony was very responsive engineering solution at a fair price. The equipment was procured and installed quickly and the technicians were efficient and thoughtful in their approach. Anthony and his team went over and above.

A fantastic team of furnace installers, Mike, Jason, and Yuri (sp?) removed the old monster of an oil boiler and replaced it much faster than I anticipated. They were conscientious about my floors and walls while moving both furnaces up and down the basement stairs and across my hardwood floors. Owner Anthony, and all the office staff, were quick to respond to any questions I had regarding the purchase and installation, and I have confidence that they will be equally responsive going forward with my service contract.

We recently contracted On Time to perform an oil to gas conversion for our home and office in East Windsor. From the start, the company's sales representative was professional, courteous and knowledgeable in all areas of the work. He patiently reviewed the scope of work and presented us with options that would fit into our budget.

After we awarded the job, On Time took care of all the permits and started the job as promised. The installers that worked on the job were also very professional, polite and experienced. They removed and hauled all the old equipment as promised and worked on schedule to ensure that we were without heat and hot water for the shortest amount of time.

The project was completed quickly and they did a solid job too. A few days after the installation, there was a glitch in the electronics of the gas furnace, and the owner came out himself within 30 minutes to fix the problem. I was impressed for sure.

I would highly recommend this company for your heating and air conditioning needs. They will not let you down….

Very happy with my experience with On-Time. They did a great job on water heater install and AC tuneup. Matched competitor's price on water heater. Addressed small concern on AC tuneup with minimal trouble. Paul provided excellent customer service, it was a pleasure working with him. His approach towards the customer would make it easy to do business with again. Thanks guys!

Service was quick and friendly. Only thing is, it cost me $1,084 to replace a AC motor. No breakdown details were offered. When I insist, they then evenly divided to $500 parts and $500 labor + $84 initial service call (to identify the problem). That was 1.5 hour work. I am new to this so I might be wrong, but my online search (I should have searched it ahead of time) shows AC motor replacement shouldn't be that expensive (roughly $300 to $600 including everything). So if you see this, is this a fair price?

Mike, Jason and Yuri did a wonderful job replacing our air conditioning unit inside and out they were “On-Time” and did the job quickly on one of the hottest days of the year! This is the third time we have used them this year. Josh did a top-notch job replacing our bathroom faucet valves and they also replaced a leaking water heater. I can’t say enough about how responsive this Company has been. They are there when you need them. Many thanks to owner Anthony and his highly skilled team.
