Update 2-22-22, Now OnTime Heat and Air is actually threatening to sue me for posting factual reviews supported with pictures if I don't remove the reviews! I wonder how many other poor customers they Bullied into removing factual negative reviews with this tactic?! OnTime Heat and Air did finally agree to correct the MULTIPLE failures from the township inspection after causing weeks of aggravation and frustration but not until AFTER I posted the negative reviews. Had it not been for the reviews, they would not have fixed their installation and left me with a failed township inspection! They refused to correct their mistakes many times and flat out told me it's not their problem even though it was their HVAC and Water Heater installation that failed the permit inspection for multiple items.
Thankfully in this day and age, the wronged consumer has an avenue to get bad contractors to fix their bad work! And now after OnTime forced me to write the negative reviews, he's threatening to sue me if I don't remove them!!
Disgraceful! Buyer beware!

Do NOT USE OnTime Heat and Air located in Pennington!
I recently hired "OnTime Heat and Air" in Hopewell to install a new Water Heater and HVAC unit in my house. After installation, the township inspector failed the HVAC for many issues including constructing the HVAC where the filter could not physically be removed. It could not be removed because they ran the pipes where they filter needs to be slid out! Isn't this HVAC 101? How could they construct the HVAC so the filter, which is supposed to be changed every few months, can't even be removed? At least they came back to fix that problem but that isn't even the worst thing they did! They cut a huge hole in my foundation doubling the size of the existing hole where the previous PVC pipe vented outside. The township inspector failed them for this new cut siting "fresh cuts in the wood." See attached photos. You can clearly see the new / fresh cuts on the left side and below the pvc pipe and all the sawdust and blocks of wood matching the new cutouts that they left on the floor and sill (since they didn't clean up after the job either). The township inspector is requiring an engineer to determine the appropriate fix to re-support the structure of the home and OnTime Heat and Air is refusing to make this right! They are trying to say it was an existing cut when it's so easy to see it was not. Does anyone have a good attorney they can recommend? I desperately need help. There were also many other red flags from this company including being 45 minutes late to the first appointment and no-showing our second scheduled appointment!! How can you have a name like "OnTime" when that's the case??? I honestly could go on about other issues but this post is already long enough. I always forgive one mistake but they made MULTIPLE mistakes then to top it off it's clear this company doesn't stand by their work! Run, don't walk away from this company!

I utilized them for a full heating & cooling system replacement. From the time that Paul did a very thorough analysis of my home, explained the process and answered any questions to the time they were here to do the work they were extremely professional and did great work. Very happy with the process and equipment we chose and would recommend them to everyone.
