Bill Leary Air Conditioning & Heating

My central air conditioning system broke down yesterday, and I called Bill Leary this morning. A technician, Fred, arrived within a couple of hours. I was pleased at how quickly he came, since I am sure I wasn't the only one calling about a/c problems on the first really hot day of the year.

Fred was wonderful. I cannot praise him too much. He explained the problem in non-technical language that a non-technical person like myself could easily understand. There was a major problem with the handler, condenser, and coil, which did not surprise me since the system is over 20 years old and the technician who serviced it three years ago told me it was on its last legs.

Fred explained our various options without trying to push us in one direction or another. We decided it was best, given the age of the system, to go with a whole new system. He then explained the various systems we could go with and their plusses and minuses. We decided to go with a system that was slightly more expensive than the least costly system but more efficient.

The crew are coming early tomorrow morning to install the system, so we should be enjoying cool air again by bedtime. I would strongly recommend Bill Leary to anyone who has a plumbing, heating, or air conditioning issue.

I'd like to thank Allen, one of their senior managers, for his thorough consultation & quick response to my problem. Dan & Jake came on time and stayed till the job was done! They were polite, professional, and took the time to keep my house clean (which I really appreciated). They explained everything they did & showed me how to use my new thermostat. I won't have to worry if I turn on my A/C anymore, now it works & they checked my heat too.... just to be sure that my home would be comfortable no matter the temperature outside. Thank you very much! I'm looking forward to using my A/C all summer long and for years to come :)

I can't thank the Bill Leary team enough. What we thought was a minor repair wound up being a complete overhaul of the heating and cooling system along with a hot water heater. Allen, Dan and his team were all amazing, understanding and complete professionals. Even when there were a couple hiccups (working in the crawl space of an older house) there was always a "Plan B." The team stayed for 12 hours to complete the job and make sure everything was in working order and satisfactory before packing everything up and leaving like they were never here. Dan's team as well as all the other Bill Leary employees that we came in contact with could not have been more professional, knowledgeable and supportive through this major home decisions and myself and my family cannot thank you enough for that. Technician was prompt in discovering the issue. He also educated me on how to maintain the temperature in the house, how often to change the air filters, and how the units are ducted throughout the home. Very knowledgeable and diligent.

What else can I say...these guys were fantastic.! Very pleased with Allen's knowledge and was courteous. The installation for our new boiler and hot water heater was completed by Shawn, Tom and Anthony. They did a terrific job and explained everything. I would definitely recommend Bill Leary to anyone. I got in contact with Bill Leary from a friend's recommendation. Great services. Allen the senior tech did a very thorough maintenance examination over my HVAC systems that haven't been checked for a few years. He quickly spotted issues with one of my old unit that needed replacement, and was able to schedule me in for replacement installation service on the next business day.
Dan, Anthony and the crew did an excellent job on the installation. Through, skilled, attentive, clean, and left absolutely no dirty/mess afterward. They also helped me installed all my new start thermostats at no additional charge, and patiently taught me how to use them. They've just became my go-to for anything HVAC related! Would definitely recommend to everyone.

Our AC stopped working late evening and Allen was at hour home within 20 min of calling! He identified the issue, explained various options and scheduled us for next day. The very next day, Anthony, Shawn and Andre arrived promptly and finished HVAC and AC installation very professionally. Allen the senior tech came on a holiday while we were in need to get our AC unit fixed. He was quick to diagnose the problem and gave me the options to choose to fix the problem. Highly recommend!
