Really impressive service! Thanks to senior tech Allen for advising us! Special shout out to Dan and Anthony for quick, efficient, and professional work! A real pleasure! Great price!

Of course AC fails the first day we turn it on. Called our regular contractor and got no response. Called again, again no response. Called a different contractor- can't come for 4 days. Called Bill Leary and although it's now after 7:30 on a Friday night, they pick up the phone and promised to send out a repairman that night, for a very reasonable fee. The repairman Called not too long after and came about 15 minutes later. Diagnosed a bad control circuit board on our 25 year old system (unavailable anymore) but they will schedule a replacement system for Monday. We'll see what happens from here but hoping for good outcome.

Excellent work! House went from a 93° dead HVAC hot house to a cool 73° Home in one day's time. The work these guys had to deal with IN the heat that went on during the day, and STILL got the job done is why I would reccomend this company to anyone in need of emergency HVAC service. Thank you very much to Bryan and his assistant for the great work.

Didn't know what to expect at first but I met Richard and he turned out to be a great tech and person. Very knowledgeable, personable down to earth guy. It didn't take him long to figure out the issue with my central air. He got it up and running within 25 minutes. I would recommend him for any HVAC needs and repairs

The Service Tech, Graig, came to my home for an emergency service call because we had no air conditioning. Graig had the system working pretty quickly and spent some additional time to check over the entire system. He is very knowledgeable and worked clean and thorough. Thank you Graig.

The guys were fantastic. Allen did a great job setting us up by examining our problem and came with an equitable solution. The guys came to my house and found a much harder job than expected with my water heater that had to be replaced that my boiler was covering. This required taking apart my boiler and putting it back together. Not a complaint or upsell. Honored their original fair quote. They thoroughly explained how to use and take care of the new water heater. They also offered a regular matience program for our heating and AC. I will continue to do business with them.

I was a little unhappy not doubting his competency as a plumber but the way he handled the situation when he came to my home. I expected at least an evaluation of my furnace not for him to come in and just smell the kerosene and say oh you got to get a new furnace and right away he's talking $6 to $9,000 for a furnace without even taking a look at it so that's what I'm a little unhappy about and be quite Frank with you that's way out of my range I had no idea that it was going to cost that kind of money so I'm really probably going to hold out. I expected more than what I got for a $94

They came out late in the evening to fix my AC condenser. He had it fixed within about 45 minutes. Saved me from a horrible night of having to sleep in an 80 degree house! Thanks so much! Will be calling you guys for all my HVAC needs!

On 6/21/2023 I called
Bill Leary Air Conditioning and Heating and spoke to Precious. She set up my phone consult with Amy at 7 pm interviewed me and then scheduled a meeting at my home for the next afternoon with Allen.

I met Senior man, Allen 6/22/2023 and he put me at ease about the whole installation of a new Goodman HVAC system. He walked me through each step and all the details. I felt comfortable about the companys' years of experience and the professionalism and friendliness of the staff. Allen, Precious and Amy.

The price was right and the fact that the warranty which was 10 year labor and 10 year parts sold me! To top that, installation could be done the next day which was the best news!

This morning 6/23/2023 Bryan and Ryan arrived on time just before 8am to install a New Goodman Condenser, Coil and Furnace. The guys were friendly, courteous and professional and their team work was done with precision and care.
