Allen was very quick to point out the issues with my HVAC unit after a poor installation from a previous contractor and acted with no delay to get it fixed. He was able to bring his guys in and fix the problem! High recommend.

Allen came for a late night emergency issue and was so very nice and professional! You could tell he took pride in his service and craft, and resolved my immediate issue, provided feedback regarding safety issues I never considered regarding my unit and my children, answered all of my questions with patience and care (mind you this is late in the evening, but I was never rushed) and was very happy with the overall experience. I’m looking forward to seeing my new heating system installed from what is seemingly a great company!

Update: Allen, Bill and team came the next morning and carefully removed my old unit, and installed a new one. The unit was beautiful, he taught me how to care and use it, along with the new thermostats and was absolutely professional. Thank you again Bill and Allen and team!

Update- had AC work done 1 month later and just like last time, they went above and beyond!

Allen, Dan and team did an awesome job. Replaced our gas furnace and AC unit. They pay attention to the smallest of details. Talking to them you can tell they also take pride in their work. Overall I'm happy with the work that was done

Shawn and AB technicians were very respectful and professional ensuring a successful replacement of our AC evaporator coil. They arrived and jumped right in know what need to be done and completed the repairs. No complaints, 5 start work

As a retired interior designer with over 30 years of experience working with HVAC companies, I can honestly say Bill Leary would be at the very top of my A list. Recently (mid January) hubby and I woke to a very chilly home. Frantically I started calling HVAC companies, but with no service contract (we recently moved) no one was coming. As true luck would have it, within minutes of leaving a message with Bill Leary I received a call from Allen (a truly knowledgeable and compassionate technician) who reassured me that everything was going to be ok. Within 2 hours Allen was at our door diagnosing the situation and coming up with a course of action. Basically, within 24 hours we had a new heating system, plenty of warmth, and no worries about the frigid weather. I must give special mention to the installers, Shawn and John, who were every positive adjective you could possibly think of to describe your dream workers. Following the install, early the next morning, Allen was sure to reach out to us to be certain that, not only was the system running perfectly, but that we were ok as well. Like I said, a truly remarkable company!!!
