Bill Leary Air Conditioning & Heating

Our heat stopped working late at night and we needed to find an emergency service. We contacted Bill Leary, and a technician called us back promptly, and was at our house not even an hour later. Fred the technician was friendly, competent, and got our heat working in a very short amount of time!!! My husband and I thought we would get banged out for this late night job, but we were pleasantly surprised at the very fair price we had to pay for out comfort on a very cold day. We will definitely use them in the future!!

Allen was called and came quickly to fix my furnace which was leaking. He did everything to fix the problem and reduce costs. He was remarkably efficiently, and he took the time to explain what he was doing as he was working. He also worked quickly so I was able to turn the heat back on in no time. I highly recommend Allen and the Bill Leary company. They’re great and extremely reliable. We’ve called them several times over the years, and they never disappointed us. Quite the contrary!

The best in the business! Professional, easy going and efficient. Got right down to business, brought in the tools needed including drop cloths and a BROOM! Dan, Ryan & Jake are a great team and the best in the business. They explained and showed us how everything works. We replaced our entire dusty old HVAC with a spankin new unit and a digital thermostat. It was a pleasure to have them in my home.

We didn’t know we had air in our system until Bill Leary Heating and air conditioning came and told us that we needed to spend $3,000 to fix our 17 year old boiler or as they recommend replace it with a new $10,200 unit which is double what it should cost. They said we needed to replace the low water cutoff and draft inducer. Not true! Called another company and it was determined to be air in the system! The parts were fine! It is currently working with no troubles. They were just trying to get us to buy a new boiler! My new guy says I should get another 17 years out of my boiler. Don’t hire this company!

Mike was fantastic. He came out super early as I hoped, he found the problem and literally fixed in in 10 minutes. Not to mention his personality was fantastic. Great guy, great company
