    The only company that came to my rescue when i needed it the most. They came to investigate a prior unit and and brought it up to code in a fast timely manner. Great support and service and special kudos to Allen senior tech for all his expertise and care!!!! Thank you!!!

    This is probably the most reliable, the most responsive, and the most HONEST HVAC and Heating company I could find in Central NJ. My Condenser went out during the span of 100+ degrees days. I've placed an emergency call and they got here within a few hours before my ceiling tiles started to melt away!!!

    With other places I have used in the past, they all posted "Emergency Services Available". But when I called during an emergency, no one ever picked up the phone!!!

    Bill Leary is also extremely honest. The problem turned out to be a faulty capacitor in the condenser. Other places could have sold me a brand new condenser for thousands of dollars including labor. Not with Bill Leary. They are as honest as they come.

    This world needs more honest business like them!

    I have been using them for install, maintenance and repairs. When we needed a new HVAC System due to a flood, we called them to come out and do it. They were neat, thorough and professional. They maintain our system and are consistently professional and never recommend unnecessary repairs.

    Had an issue and called the company. Spoke to a lovely woman named Precious. She was %100 professional, understanding and well informed how to handle a grievance from a customer. Thank you again for your help and attention to our issue.

    1 star due to the crazy tech they sent 4 hrs late to my home. He never touched a thing and told me needed new boiler and lining in chimney due to it being an outside chimney. All for a mere $13,400!!!!!!! My son can over and within 5 minutes concluded it was a zone motor. Problem solved for $242 (we changed both just in case). I can only imagine how many people fall for that. When I refused he automatically dropped price and offered financing.
    5 star review for the woman Precious mentioned in the beginning she was great and offered to refund our $89 for Rich coming to our home 4 hrs late and doing absolutely nothing but talking about how great he was. Thank you again Precious.

    The service was great! After having 2 HVAC companies coming to check the the AC unit, they never responded back to me even after calling them for an update. Bill Leary Company came out the same day I called and the repairs were done the next day!! It was a difficult space to work in, but they never complained and got the job done. The guys were fantastic!! I will be using this company for all future work!!

    Graig was able to diagnose an electrical fault with our air handler very quickly and provided excellent service throughout his visit.

    Update: they tried to charge me $325 for a faulty $10 relay. I didn’t even need to replace the relay. I just reset a breaker in my compressor and my AC is working like new again. I appreciate Graig’s effort in getting my compressor working again, but either due to malice or incompetence they attempted to charge me a ridiculous sum to press a button that any HVAC tech would’ve known about.

    Also, Graig left his very nice voltage tester inside of my air handler when he was closing it back up. Please let me know if you’d like to come by to pick it up.

    Allen the Sr. Tech. Was very knowledgeable. My furnace was beyond repair. Bill P., Sean. & John, were the technicians who took my old furnace out and replaced it with a new one. They worked in a timely fashion and was very neat. They cleaned up any debris and carted my old furnace away. They even showed me the pictures of the work they did on my roof where the vent goes. They reinforced the floor under the furnace due to it being rotted. Great job guys! As soon as I pay off this job I will be calling to have a hot water heater replaced.
