Outstanding attention to detail, very thorough, well-experienced. As a result of Stellitano's installing a new Bryant system to replace an old Trane, we will use them for all of our HVAC needs in the future, including the two York systems that heat and cool the rest of the house.

mixed feelings... our heat stopped working overnight and I called Sat morning. Answering service forwarded my call and a tech called me back very promptly. Explained the charges (asked if I wanted 'after hours' service today, saturday, for $185 or to wait until mon for $110 regular hours.) I agreed to the service and he said he'd be there between 9 and 10. He was (and even texted ahead of time as requested) and was extremely professional and efficient.

However, $225 later (tax and some added parts) he told me that he "basically just hit the 'reset' button." He also cleaned up a few wires and re-calibrated the thermostat, but I kind of wish he had suggested I hit the reset button myself (over the phone) before scheduling the appointment. It's the equivalent of a doctor saying "take two aspirin, and if you still have a headache come in tomorrow" True, I'm a dope for not knowing about the reset button, but It seems like that would have been a helpful and honest courtesy to offer that little suggestion.

So bottom line, they called back fast, were upfront about the charges, and fixed the problem. I guess the lesson I learned is to try the reset button before ask someone to do it for me for $225.

update, Jan 2017:

Same problem, but would not restart this time. Bit the bullet and called again. Response from call center was prompt and professional. Sharon laid out all of the potential problems and options, and did not try to upsell me on any extra services. Technician Jeff called to say he was 20 minutes out, came in, instantly diagnosed the problem (shot motor). Said the part would be between $75-$175, came back from the truck and confirmed it was $85. Fixed quickly, works fine now. Jeff then spent about 20 minutes answering extra questions for me, including what to do if the problem comes back.

On time arrival. Timely return with new parts. Thorough check of the system after repair. Very professional technician and member of the Stellitano team.

This is a top notch company that knows the meaning of the word service. They have done two installations for me, one at home and one at my business and both were professionally completed on time and in the budget.
