Called Kenny at 9pm the night before and he was out the next afternoon. Fixed the problem we were having, explained to us what was wrong, and I think his pricing is extremely reasonable. We’ll definitely be using this business in the future.

We seem to be the only one that had an issue with Kenny but it seems important to note our experience. He was quick to come out when we needed repair on our water heater connection to our boiler and he seemed very knowledgeable BUT he told us our whole panel also needed replaced so the cost was much higher than we anticipated. While we waited for an official estimate of the repair costs we had some other people come out to get their estimate. Two major problems happened with Hackney, he never sent us the official estimate even after asking more than once. He said he sent it in the snail mail which we NEVER received and he didn’t offer any other way for us to receive it. AND the very expensive replacement of our panel that he told us had to be done ended up to just be a couple $ fuse replacement. I would think someone so knowledgeable about heating systems would have mentioned trying that first. I was very disappointed because I would prefer to use a local guy for heater maintenance and repair and we don’t have a lot of options in our area but he did nothing to rectify the situation so we were forced to look elsewhere.

This is the best HVAC company in Hunterdon County. Ken is very honest, professional and knowledgeable. He was able to resolve my oil furnace issue in one visit. Highly recommend giving them a call.

Moved into a new house and first storm of the season lost all heat. I called Kenny and he spent 30 minutes on the phone with me doing his best to "help me help myself" as I'm reasonably mechanically and electrically inclined. When all points of failure were exhausted over the phone, he had someone out immediately and got the system back up and running. The man truly cares about his customers and I will certainly be using him moving forward.

If you live in Hunterdon county you have to use Hackney heating and cooling period Called them on an emergency basis and 15 minutes later he was at my home, 1 hour later problem fixed. Knew 10 minutes after I met Ken that I would never call anyone else for my heating or cooling needs. Very professional and a true gentleman He owns the business and you can tell he cares about his customers.
