Stellitano Heating & Air Conditioning

We picked Stellitano to install our new Mitsubishi Air Handler SVZ-KP36NA and outdoor A/C / Heat pump SUZ-KA36NAHZ. We are very Happy of all the work they preformed. All workers were courteous and knew what they were doing. They were very effective in each worker had a specific job to preform, which bought together and synced up the entire project, seamlessly. We recommend them 100%. BTW You can't even hear this air handler.

This review is long overdue. Stellitano is wonderful. We are new to the area and when our system needed unexpected but necessary repairs, we were concerned that we didn't have know enough about our options to make good decisions. Stellitano came assessed and completed the work in record time at an incredibly reasonable cost. They were also able to find an old part for our system and saved us so much money in doing so. They are a company that cares about clients and their needs; you can sense the values of honesty and efficiency in their work.

We used Stellitano to replace our oil boiler with a high efficiency Triangle Tube gas burning boiler. When the oil boiler couldn't hang on another day, they made space in the schedule and moved our install date up by weeks to take care of us. They were trustworthy, knowledgeable, professional, super accommodating, and really took the stress out of the whole process. We cannot recommend them enough!

I called Stellitano Monday. If I had been free then, they would have fixed the leak in my air conditioner then. I had an appointment with them for 3:00 today. Jake arrived early and had it fixed in under an hour. This firm is fantastic and so is Jake! Thank you Stellitano for your great service.

I had Stellitano recently replace my 14 y/o furnace. It was replaced under a factory warranty-exchange program, and I'm very happy with the results. The ladies at the office help me thru the process, and costs were fair. Ian came to support us with diagnosis, installation, and commissioning. He knows the equipment well, he was prompt, punctual, neat, honest, and fair. I'm glad I hired this company.

I they serviced my system for a few years, always responsive and great to work with. They also sold and installed an HRV for me, which was great. Then at some point they stopped servicing my town (they still list the town next to mine as part of their service area). The HRV they installed is not serviced by many people, and is in need of work. I called them again to see if they'd come work on it, which they wouldn't. When I asked for a referral to another provider, and the answer was "why don't you ask your neighbors?"

While I understand not taking on new clients, and re-focusing their area of service, I'm disappointed that they would basically abandon an existing customer with a standing relationship and make no effort to keep a system they sold working.

The people here go way out of their way to help customers, you can tell they genuinely care. Communication was always quick and the office staff/ techs always followed through. Refreshing experience!

Just before a major snowstorm my heater stopped working. I called Stellitano at 6:00 in the morning expecting to leave a message on a machine. Instead my call was promptly answered by an answering service who reassured me someone from Stellitano would call me back shortly. I was called back quickly and again reassured the technician would be out to look at my system shortly. This not only happened, but the technician Jake was so helpful and polite. They needed to fetch a part from PA and this was done quickly and my heater fixed promptly. I highly recommend this company. They had actually installed the furnace previously but I have been neglectful in my service which will not happen moving forward.

They are outstanding. Professional, true experts, and great communicators. We had an issue with the AC system. Jake, from Stellitano, came over, checked the HVAC system (including the furnace, at our request) and diagnosed it in no time. It was a bit of a detective work, but he asked a couple of questions and figured it out (it was a filter issue). He explained the problem patiently to us and quickly fixed it. Very impressed and couldn't recommend more, especially since another company recommended a complete replacement of the entire HVAC system, when in fact the problem was much easier to solve.

They came out 3 times (May; July; Aug 2022) for the same problem of my air conditioner blowing warm air but was unable to fix it. They offered to come out a 4th time but said they might charge me more $, even though I already paid almost $1,000 and it was still broken. I ended up hiring another HVAC company who confirmed that the air conditioner was still broken. They promptly fixed my system. I would NOT recommend Stellitano.
