We were delighted with the installation of our whole house air conditioning system this past June. It was just in time for the brutal heat we got in July and August. The crew was professional and courteous. When small issues came up, they were addressed quickly. Stellitano even set us up with an another electrician on short notice after our normal electrician had to pass on our work due to jury duty. Great value and service for the money!

I interviewed three other AC contractors before I was referred to Stellitano. From the initial phone call to their office, this company treated me they way I expect to be treated by a professional organization performing such important work in my home. Stellitano's salesman was knowledgeable, respectful and he arrived on time. The work estimate addressed every one of my concerns. I am so glad I didn't settle for the other quotes, because Stellitano's workmen exceeded my expectations again and again through the course of the project. I can't recommend Gary and his team enough.

When our central AC recently failed, Sharyn and Gary went above and beyond to get a replacement system installed before the most oppressive part of the current heat wave. The crew did a great job on the install and were courteous, polite and left things cleaner than they found them.

Sharyn and Gary were very patient, professional, and competent in diagnosing and treating my HVAC problem. They answered all of my questions clearly and effectively and never blew me off even though I do not know much re: HVAC. There was a tangible difference in how they treated me compared to other companies I called. Gary came to the house and thoroughly assessed the situation and came up with a plan. Their field technicians Bob and Dylan who installed the system I needed were professional and did great work. They cleaned up after themselves as well. They were very respectful of my home and family. Gary even did a follow up visit one week after the job was finished to recheck the work done and suggest some finishing touches; I was very impressed and satisfied with Stellitano's hard work. I give Stellitano's 5 stars. Please keep up the kind, professional, caring, and competent work!

I highly recommend Stellitano. I have used them several times now and they are wonderful. Sharon is super friendly and helpful on the phone and the techs that have come out to my house are professional, polite and friendly. They are super reasonable price-wise as well. I cannot say enough great things about them and I'm very grateful to have found them!

My central A/C was leaking water, so I had Stellitano's come out to fix it. The first technician worked on it, and left my house, thinking he'd solved the problem. After turning the A/C back on, it immediately starting to leak again. They sent a second technician out a few days later. The first thing that the technician did was to pour water down the drain, which immediately overflowed. The test took about thirty seconds.
After the second tech fixed things, I was surprised when I got an invoice for the second visit. I called them and they stated that they felt the second invoice was fair. Stellitano's charges premium pricing; I paid them more than other estimates to replace a furnace because I thought they seemed like a high-quality company. But when I pay a premium, I don't expect to pay for their mistakes.

I highly recommend Stellitano's. I have been using their service for years and consistently find them to be courteous, helpful, professional and prompt. Recently, my heat wasn't working and they were able to get a technician out to fix the problem and restore my heat in less than one hour- I am so pleased with their service..
