The Ice Man

I called Iceman when the AC went out during 100° day explain to them that we had a hospice patient and a disabled daughter in our house and would appreciate if they could come out as soon as possible. They did explain that they were booked solid but they'll see what they could do and between 9:00 and 9:30 that night someone from Iceman was here. We greatly appreciate the service that they gave us, highly recommended!

Patrick from Iceman has been servicing our HVAC systems for years and has always been courteous and professional. It has been a huge upgrade from the company that our builder used to install the original system over 17 years ago. That company manufactured problems replacing boards 2-3 times a year. Ice Man is the complete opposite and Patrick quickly diagnoses the problem and repairs it. The service calls are usually quick and properly done. Iceman also installed our generator several years ago and kept it running like new ever since. It is a great family business that is very knowledgeable and I would highly recommend them

My air conditioner malfunctioned, blowing only warm air. The Ice-Man promptly serviced my unit and fixed the problem on the same day. They were very thorough and also pointed out another unrelated problem with my water heater.

Because I'm a landlord, my tenants couldn't give authorization for the repair, but that wasn't a big deal.

For any service call and inspection, the minimum is $140.00, which is reasonable. They will move forward with the repair if the total cost is under $500.00 and will call for further authorization if it's more. Fortunately, the total was well under that.

Highly recommended for their promptness, courtesy, quality of work and reasonable fees.

I would not hesitate to use them again. Very satisfied.

Called Sunday June 6, 2021 heat went up to 95 degrees all of the sudden. My system just shut down. House heated up crazy quick. Owner called said super busy but we were on the list. Monday 6pm call tech in area kid diagnosed problem and charged system 45 minutes. Glad to pay for their time. Been a customer many years. Happy customer.

Confidence and trust is how I would describe my comfort level when I call on The Ice Man. Have done business a few years ago when I had my furnace and a/c replaced. Now that I moved and needed help since other repair places had deceived me in suggesting I needed a new system on a 6 yr old house, I call The Ice Man and Chris took care of my a/c problem.
