Alex & his partner were amazing!! They ran into a little problem but persevered & found the solution. They were so respectful, professional & polite & I would highly recommend them to anyone needing HVAC services. If I could give them 10 stars, I would. Also had a few laughs along the way😊

Alex arrived on time. He was friendly and knowledgeable. He installed a sump pump and a discharge pipe to outside, away from the house. Also he checked the HVAC system and added Freon to the compressor as needed. He showed me everything that needed be done and informed me of costs all along the way. The work was excellent and gave me peace of mind. I highly recommend New Hope Plumbers.

Absolutely exceptional! Your first and only call needed. I simply can’t say enough positive things about New Hope Plumbers.

i’ll begin with: they saved me $2200! Prior to learning of Eugene and his team I was prepared to sign a contract with a plumber who recommended that he not change out is $65 pressure valve, but instead replace the entire 5 year/old system in his professional opinion. An upsell that started out at $7000 and then ended up at $2500 to change out the existing 40 gallon water tank.

At the recommendation of a friend that the pricing hihg, I contacted and spoke with Eugene and his team members. They were absolutely phenomenal. Not only were they responsive, confirmed their appointments with me via text message and email, they were also willing to show up early to the appointment.

While I was busy offering a deposit assuming that the system needed to be replaced, Eugene told me to hold off until after the inspection because it might just be a part that is needed.

That was indeed the case! The fact that they would be so honest and forthright, knowing full well that I was prepared to pay to replace the tank based on the previous plumber’s suggestions I can’t believe how fortunate I was to call them and trust them, and feel confident that if you are reading this review, you should as well!

In addition, their entire system is automated where they send you the estimate for approval, simply fantastic!

I had declining hot water pressure and then no hot water at all. I made an appointment on the google listing and the next day Zaza was at my door. An hour later he determined my boiler was clogged. The coil was replaced and I am back to full pressure hot water. I am shopping for a good filter so I don't have this issue again and I will certainly have New Hope Plumbers do the job. Thanks Guys!

Woke up Christmas morning to no heat and it was in the single digits outside. They sent someone out within a couple of hours, who got us up and running again. Part stores were closed until the following Tuesday, so the tech just removed the safety switch temporarily so we'd have heat in the interim. He came back Tuesday morning and installed the switch, just as he said he would.

Only thing I wasn't a huge fan of is that the owner is not the one who does the actual work (he has service techs for each service). I typically like to use tradesmen I pay directly (owner/operators), but I can't deny they were quick to respond, courteous and efficient (on a holiday nonetheless).

I plan on trying them for some plumbing work as well in the spring.
