Technician Anthony Pickett arrived early in the promised window, found a problem with my heater and explained it clearly. He wore a mask, shoe covers and gloves. He was polite and professional, as always. I believe I pay a bit more for Conway, but feel that its worth it. Thanks Anthony!

John called back quickly after I called Conway and came the next day, which was Sunday. He called to tell me that he would arrive early, asked about the air conditioning problem, diagnosed the problem, AND quickly repaired it. He stayed to check that everything was working well. I had had other air conditioner repair people out who did not repair the air conditioning.

John was extremely nice. I am happy that I now have air conditioning.

In the middle of an extreme heatwave this past summer, our central air system stopped blowing cold air and reached unbearable temps overnight. Conway Comfort came to the rescue early Saturday morning after an emergency call was made. The problem was resolved quickly, efficiently, and with a great deal of kindness and professionalism. Anthony has been servicing my systems for at least 5 years. I have multiple AC units, air handlers, and two boilers - a complicated system. Anthony meticulously goes through the service on each unit, and is able to clearly communicate any issues found. In Covid times, Anthony (and any other technicians with him) has practiced safety protocols that met or exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend, without reservation.

Very thorough and professional. Determined the cause of the heat drop was because of the control unit. The previous mechanic did not even look at that. Control unit was changed and so far everything seems to be working fine. We will know when the next sub freezing temperatures hit.

We lost our heat the Saturday nite of Thanksgiving weekend. Called Conway Sunday morning and a tech came out to confirm that blower motor was indeed dead. Ordered new part, and suggested we get a couple of space heaters, which we did. Part was ordered Monday, arrived Tuesday, and Anthony installed it late Tuesday afternoon. Heat's back on! Everyone at Conway Comfort Heating and Cooling is an absolute pleasure to work with. They are dedicated and very knowledgeable, you can tell that they are passionate about their job and i feel that is rare in today's world. Keep up the great work guys! I would recommend them anytime!

Overall a good experience. There were a few hiccups in our installation process that caused it to go longer than one day, but they made everything right and at an exceptional price. The owner goes above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied, so I would definitely recommend them.
