Anthony Pickett was the pro that showed up for my HVAC repair. Clean cut, professional and respectful. Unit had been leaking a bit. Anthony inspected the unit and addressed my issue. Also changed my filters. He then showed me a few options on maintenance and I went with the 1 year for my AC and Heat which he said they will come back for in fall. It was really a no brainer with Anthony. He inspected my outdoor units, cleaned them and left me with confidence my units will be running strong.

I highly recommend Conway for all HVAC systems. I have a maintenance contract and they always respond promptly to any problems. Recently, they installed a new AC unit. They were prompt, knowledgeable, pleasant and informative. I feel that I can rely on them for all my HVAC needs

Kevin had the part and replaced a blower motor the same day. He stuck around to clean our A/C. He was very courteous, knowledgeable and gave us options and what he thought would be the best way to proceed. Went above and beyond! Great job Kevin-ask for a raise!!!!

Every year as it gets closer to winter/summer we have our systems checked out to ensure everything is working properly. Anthony was our technician, it was probably the 2nd or 3rd time he has been our technician. Every time he is polite and courteous, arrives on time, respects our no shoes, conducted the work in a timely manner and clearly communicated everything we need to know at the end of the call. We hope to have Anthony P as our technician for future service calls

We needed an A/C system tune-up and he arrived on time, proceeded to check our A/C unit, explained issues clearly, made recommendations, etc. He was professional, knowledgeable and we would request him for future A/C, heating services.

We have used Conway Comfort for a few years now for repairs and have always been happy with the service. Our mini-split recently failed for good, and we greatly valued Brian’s advice on evaluating the equipment options that are out there. We truly appreciated the professionalism of his installation team, from both Covid protocols to the neat and clean manner that they did their work. Also notable was their attention to the little details. I have been recommending Conway Comfort for years on our local Facebook group based on their excellent service, and now can do the same based on their installation expertise and advice.
