He gave a simple but concise explanation and also outlined for us what service contracts would be available to us to keep our systems running smoothly. His customer service was outstanding.

We used Conway Comfort for adding a professional humidifier. We have a young daughter that gets very dry in the winter. The little one in her room was not enough plus I get dry bloody noses myself a lot. We spoke with Kristyna about what the best option was for our home. She gave some really good advice and we scheduled our appointment. They have a really cool texting system in place that alerts you about your appointment. It texted me this morning when our technician Neil was on the way. He arrived right on time. Super professional and safe. We both wore masks the whole time he was in my home. Another tech arrived to drop off a part and he was so nice and wore a mask. I felt very safe with them in my home. Neil went over everything about the system before he left. I am really very happy with my experience with Conway Comfort. We will be calling soon about an air duct cleaning. Thank you, Kristyna for guiding us to the right system for our home. Anthony fixed a longstanding problem that the Nest thermostat had been pointing out, where the heat would turn off after a short while, cutting in and out. I have been trying to get this fixed for 2-3 years. Yay!

Kevin came another time when our heat would not start and found the issue, patched things temporarily, ordered a part and returned to install it. The entire labor and parts was covered by our service contract. Very good service, including coming out on the day when the problem first occurred.

Power switch is off, Nothing wrong with my heater. They charged visiting fees and left some recommendations for regular maintainence. Good service. I would recommend. Unable to get same day appointment though.

Great company to work with. They send a text with a picture of the technician who will be servicing your system prior to arrival. In the last year, we had a couple of visits from Conway comfort to do manintenace on our heat and cooling system, and air ducts. When I call, they are always pleasant and prompt. We had Anthony Pickett come and look into both our heating and cooling systems. Both times, Anthony was super friendly, and broke everything down, so my Husband and I could easily understand.
