Conway Comfort Heating & Cooling

Just had my AC serviced by Anthony P. He was very professional and pleasant. I recently used another local HVAC company and was not too satisfied with there service. I was sold on Conway comfort and Anthony p with the service I received that I decided to join their comfort care program.

Shawn and Sebastian showed up promptly on time and worked diligently to replace my old coil and condenser in under a day. They were courteous and efficient.

Nothing but good things to say about this company. From the sales, to the financing, to the installers and office staff...everything has been top notch. Nobody wants to dump $$ into a new AC/heating system, but Conway does it RIGHT from start to finish. Great staff, great product, fair prices. No need to look any further.

Very thorough, friendly and fair. Anthony came out to help with my Air handler/AC issue. He gave me a lot of options to correct my issue, gave good details on each option and worked his butt off for over 2 hours. I would highly recommend him again!

This company are amazing, after my emergency call technician show up in 1,5 hour and Anthony Rinaudo ( high skilled technician ) did perfect job, find the problem quick, fixed, answers all my questions, recommended future maintenance ,so really appreciate your job and highly recommend this company everyone who wants to be happy as me.

Conway Comfort has been the best experience! John was professional, knowledgeable and fixed our air conditoner for a fair price. We have had other companies sevice our air conditoner unit and try to oversell us or say things are broken that are not. I truly appreciate his service and would highly reco Conway. They are our “go to” now so much that we have an ongoing service contract . Thank you

Called Conway to have boiler heater repair, his tech John Nester called me and tried selling me $1943.77 worth of repairs needed to get the heater working, that was on 11/18/2019. I was very hesitant to do repairs, called another contractor Marty Yonkoski plumbing and heating he came out on 11/20/19 looked at the system and said it was air bound and just needed to be blead, blead the system and heater works great his charge was $135. Called the owner of Conway explained what happened suggested he refund me his service charge of $94.90, he went on and on about how old my heater was and excuse after excuse why he could not refund me the service charge. Just feel people should know to always get a second opinion, there are many businesses out there that prey on the weak and CONWAY CONFORT HEATING & COOLING is one of them. I have all documentation to back up my review.

Brian and the crew at Conway Comfort are the best. If we have an issue they are there before you know it. Their service contract is the best, cuts down on failures and keeps my piece of mind. If we do have an issue our service contract saves us 10% on repairs. You won't find anyone better.

Guy, Dean and Caesar were very pleasant to work with.They seemed very knowledgeable and trustworthy. I would highly recommend Conway Comfort Heating and Cooling. Will know for sure how the AC holds up later on.
