Hired Conway Comfort for installation of Daikin Ductless Minisplits in our recently purchased home. Upon receiving multiple quotes from multiple vendors, Conway not only provided the best price, but they were the only company where the owner (Brian) personally came out with for an estimate and provided a 2 week and 6 month estimate of the checkup. Brian and Pat took my concerns about line/head placement and incorporated them into their installation plan. Additionally, Brian was there the first day of the install to make sure everything was installed as desired, and he was able to include additional electric work with the permit (new line for ejector pump and dedicated line for furnace) to save me money and time on pulling multiple permits.

The installation crew with Dave and Anthony was excellent and incredibly clean despite heavy rain for what seemed to be the entire time they were there and no mess was left at the end of each day. Lines along the side of the house are barely noticeable and when compared to other houses on the street using minisplit systems much more aesthetically pleasing. They answered all questions as they appeared and helped me setup the bluetooth thermostats.

I can also say that Conway has stood by their install 100%. A few hours after the install crew left (Friday evening), the system threw a trouble code and stopped working. Weather was mild and there was no need to send someone out over the weekend. By early Monday Conway had sent Greg out to troubleshoot and get us running up and soon within a few hours. With large projects such as this minor hiccups are to be expected and the ability to respond and rectify as they occur is the sign of a good company. I cannot recommend Conway more highly and will be using them for all of our future HVAC needs.

I had an excellent experience with Conway Comfort. They are a long standing local company. I have a service contract and they have always responded quickly. The technicians, sales and office staff are efficient, courteous and communicate effectively. I recently installed a new AC unit (. Mine was 31 years old). I was offered a variety of price points with no hard sell. CCHC surpasses any other home service company I have ever dealt with. I highly recommend.
