Conway Comfort Heating & Cooling

I have one room cold in my house. Asked for air balancing service to make adjustment of airflow. Technicians came in and only did measurements. The guy said the office only told them to do measurement and any adjustments need extra money. I paid $400 to let you told me I don’t have enough airflow in that cold room! Which I already knew. Very disappointed!

I always have an excellent experience with Conway Comfort Heating and Cooling. All workers are professional, courteous, and respectful. They know what they are doing, and don’t try to sell you on anything.

Kevin arrived on time and was efficient as always! He detected some repair which was needed, took care of it and left with the system running top notch. Always a pleasure. I feel Kevin is the most knowledgeable and personable tech Conway Comfort has- he has helped several of my real estate clients too..all happy :)

Great company with knowledgeable, professional and friendly staff. They even put on shoe covers before they enter your house which I appreciate. I’ve dealt with Kevin A, Anthony P. and Juaquin E. who are excellent! I highly recommend this company 👍

Our AC unit stopped working late Thursday night. I reached out to Conway Comfort that night and had a technician at our house by 11am the next day. Greg was quick, kind, professional and even tolerated our very curious puppy with a smile. Definitely only trust Conway Comfort for our heating and cooling needs.

Previous owner used this company, decided to give them a shot. They were very responsive, on time, and descriptive in what was fixed, their policies and prices, and answered all questions we had. When we had an issue with our heat not working, they arrived and corrected the issue within a few hours. They installed a hole-house humidifier and I can already tell the difference in the air around my home. I highly recommend Conway to anyone.

Had technician Kevin come out from Conway Comfort. Kevin is the best. Extremely courteous and knowledgeable. Identified my issue and was able to fix it and educate me on the issue. Great service, great guy!

Great experience from start to finish, along with follow ups after install. Kristyna and Samantha were excellent and Pat very personable. With the professional office staff who are always available, to the install team being on time and completing job without issue, I would highly recommend. Clean and precise work.

Anthony was our repairman. He came on time. He immediately diagnosed the problem and patiently explained the issue as well as our options. He was patient while we decided what we wanted to do. Once we decided to move forward, he was able to fix the problem in a timely fashion. I would highly recommend Anthony and Conway Comfort to anyone.
