I had an emergency with my furnace and called Conway at 8:00am. They had two technicians arrive at 12:00pm. The problem was diagnosed, an estimate was completed and everything was repaired in a few hours. Thank you for your prompt and professional service.

Shawn and Anthony installed a brand new heating system and air conditioning unit. They worked so professionally while explaining the operation of the units. I was very impressed with my installers last year and decided to have Conway Comfort service my entire system. Anthony Pickett was my service tech today and he was very professional. He already had his boot covers on when I opened the door, prepared to enter my home without bringing mess in. Anthony answered all my questions and showed preventative measures to enhance the system. I signed up for their Comfort Gold package to help me remember when my system is due for preventative maintenance. Thanks again Conway Comfort, great job Anthony.

After having a new AC unit installed a few weeks ago, Greg came this morning as a follow-up to make sure everything is working correctly and answer any questions we may have. He was very prompt, courteous and thorough. We love being a Conway Comfort Club member!

Kevin diagnosed the problem with our AC (blower motor) and ran into unanticipated obstacles (water heater too close) turning this into a big job, but Kevin was determined and worked hard to get the job done! This resulted in not having to buy a whole new HVAC system!! Kevin is very knowledgeable about HVAC and took the time to explain things and share useful tips and even hosed down my dirt AC unit!!

Was very professional and corteous. Did a routine maintenance check on a 4 year old basic HVAC system plus installed a new thermostat replacing the 20 year old with a model I wanted. Also diagnosed a leak and provided follow up system check and repair options. Strongly recommend.

We lost our heat on Sat night and it was cold, we called Conway comfort and the technician called me back in minutes and said he had another stop but would be there in a couple of hours. He showed up diagnosed that our ignitor went bad and fixed it in no time, the tech put on plastic booties and was very knowledgeable and nice, did a great job. I guess my only complaint was the cost, I know it was a Sunday and totally off of normal business hours but $469 seemed a little exorbitant to me and they charged me for the service call which was a reasonable fee but I feel should have been waived because I did have them do the job which was not cheap.

All of the service techs are very professional, and always on time. Brian Conway, the owner, is responsive if we have questions or issues. The Comfort Club maintenance agreement includes both fall and spring maintenance on the system, and is very reasonable.

Technician was totally professional and friendly. Extremely punctual.
Took the time to explain process and then go over invoice. Thorough job and kept area clean.
Kudos to Anthony Even my dog Charlie liked him.
Give him a well done.
Will recommend company to my friends.
Another well done should go to Guy Conway the sales representative.
He also took the time to explain and did not pressure.
