Would recommend for plumbing needs. Everyone I dealt with was extremely professional knowledge and friendly. Technician worked his a$$ off to get our drain line unclogged.

Mike came out to give us estimates. He is a very personable young man who answered every question we had. He is knowledgeable, friendly and patient.

Erich was extremely helpful - we had another company tell us we needed to spend $15,000+ to solve our sewer pipe issue. I called Garon T for a second opinion and Erich suggested trying another route first and it worked! We literally saved at least $15k from working with Erich. So happy with their service. Would recommend to anyone with plumbing issues. Thank you again.

I had a double problem, a progressively worsening leak in my kitchen sink and a suddenly not-working dishwasher. The dishwasher is on the way out anyway, but we need the sink to work. Mike D and Tim M. came over and let me tell you THEY ARE THE BEST. Figured out what the problem was, went out and got the replacement faucet, removed some old hardware that was in the way, and worked quickly and efficiently and cleaned up the not-inconsiderable mess and left my kitchen spotless.

I've used Garon-T before, but this was the biggest job I've given them so far. FIVE STARS, and as far as I'm concerned, I'm not ever going with another company.

Justin was extremely knowledgeable! Really knows his stuff and will explain everything he is doing and takes the time to explain what he is doing and needs to do.

First off, after a huge electrical nightmare, we need a new water heater and furnace. It was multiple service visits, due to trying to save everything. They went above and beyond
trying. The office staff was helpful and kept in touch the whole time. We ended having to get a new one Anthony and the other two guys that came to my house went above and beyond. They were very thorough and professional. They were extremely nice and helpful with any questions we had. Excellent work and excellent employees!!! Would recommend them 100 times over!

Mike is fantastic. My wife and I trust him (as well as all Garon T technicians). We have been extremely pleased with all the work they have done. They are our primary plumbing service.

I needed a plumber for a toilet repair and a neighbor recommended Garon T so I decided to give them a try. I was able to get an appointment the same day. Technician (Bryan T.) was very polite, efficient and knowledgeable. He was prompt and called 30 minutes before his arrival. He explained the procedure and gave me an estimate first. He did the repair quickly and cleaned up after himself. I couldn't have asked for a more pleasant experience! I will definitely use this company again.

This company is the absolute worst with regard to customer service. I have had them as contractors for a very large job since late September. Now in December waiting for our final inspection i am only finding out they never even paid for the permit to do the work and my township will not inspect until it is paid. This was part of my quote and paid for already. Unfortunately, my business relocation is no delayed until after the holidays which is an absolute shame during our busiest time of year. Pam who I have been in contact with regarding these issues is the WORST. No, follow through at all. Yes, GaronT I hope you read this. You are terrible and have ruined a small business in Monmouth County.

Our technician (Jay) was right on time, friendly, professional and very competent. He solved our problem quickly and left everything clean and tidy. The service cost just what we were quoted (not much more than DIY). We were very pleased.
