Great technician he was very knowledgeable and knew what he was doing from when he stepped inside the house. We had a unique situation take place so we may not be using Garon t plumbing but they were at my house within 3-4 hours of me calling for someone to come out. Highly recommend them!

Blase gave us a very detailed estimate for our shower, and explained it to me in terms I completely understood. He was very professional, kind, and respectful. He even took in my garbage cans!! I very highly recommend this company. They have done previous work for us, and we are always happy with their work.

Our hot water heater stopped working. No one else in the area would return my phone call. Garon T returned my call within 20 min and had someone over to diagnose the issue. He provided me with physical and financial proof on why we needed a new hot water heater. The price was a lot more fair than I anticipated. When it came time to install they found another issue in my crawlspace and immediately had the manpower to take care of the job. They checked everything to make sure it was up to code and that the job was finished properly. Great team over there and I hope I don’t have to call them in the future, but if I have plumbing issues, these guys are on speed dial.

Blase worked quickly and efficiently explained what he was doing. We had to be rescheduled but gave us a discount for the inconvenience which we really appreciated. Response from the company was great. We had called other plumbers and no one called us back so it was refreshing to get such a quick response from Garon T Plumbing.

After I took the day off of work to be home they cancelled on me the night before even though I was scheduled more than a week out. Other people's emergencies are more critical then my leaking ceiling. Would look elsewhere.

Jay, the Technician was friendly, polite knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. I highly recommend him and Garon T Plumbing.

Just had Garon T come out to quote, what I thought would be, a reasonably easy and priced job; Remove old sink and faucet, replace with new drop in sink and faucet...no changes, no modifications...just a simple swap. I was told that he could get the job done quickly, under 3 hrs, closer to two. "Ok, no problem, send me the estimate to my email"...OVER $1200!!!!!!???? Are you nuts?? Get outta here. Two others quoted at $200-$300.

First of all I was so impressed that what I thought was an after hours phone call was actually answered by a real person! Then when I explained that my hot water heater was leaking the quick response impressed me again. Anthony came out and was very professional and his work was very neat and clean. I was very happy with his work and he had the patience of a saint when it came to my barking dog!! I would definitely recommend Garon T to anyone looking for a plumber.

We had just moved into our house and realized we had a pretty bad clog in the kitchen drain. Garon T was running a special to clear any drain for $99 so we gave them a try. I gotta say, Jay, our tech, did an amazing job. He was here for a couple of hours and couldn't get the drain unclogged and explained that he might have to go up on the roof and that would not be included in the $99 special and would be pretty costly. He told us he would be back either later that day or the next day. He then reached out to another guy from Garon T, Erich, and they both came back later in the day and got the job done for the $99! We were ecstatic. I honestly thought it was a scam that they'd do it for $99 but these guys proved me wrong and made me believe in good folks again. Thanks so much Jay and Erich - you guys rock!!
