Mike and team did a great job arriving on time as promised, and were able to replace our hot water heater the same day. The team was professional and courteous and I would highly recommend their team.

Need work done. Filled out the website online and was called promptly. Told there was a 95 dollar assessment fee. What a joke and well outside of the market rate of free estimates. Why would I pay 95 dollars for the chance you could do work done at a reasonable price.

They came with a smile and fixed my issue in no time. Great plumber.

I was at work so my wife showed the "technician" our needs for plumbing. Or at least tried to. The person who came to our house would not let my wife get a word in edge wise. The person decided to try and sell us 11 thousand dollars worth of their services that we did not want or need. All we wanted was to have the drains redone and a diverter installed. He decided to quote us on installing all bathroom fixtures and a new water heater.

Then the person decided to let himself into our front door after knocking and not waiting for my wife to answer the door.

To say the least we will NEVER use Garon T plumbing and I would like a refund for the provided services. I will be sending the Ring doorbell footage to police enforcement if this refund is not granted.

Mike showed up as scheduled and was fully aware of what needed to be done. He was clean, courteous and respectful of our home. The job went quickly and Mike proved to be a more than competent plumber for the work
keeping me informed as to what he was doing. He cleaned up after himself taking our packaging with him. The job was done well and done in a reasonable amount of time. Though I might consider the cost a little high Garon T was at our house, on time, one day after I called them. So. I think they did a great job, well worth the price.

Blase was knowledgeable and thorough in his work and left the work areas immaculate. When needed, his response was always prompt and professional. Thank you for making a tough situation a little easier to deal with!

Garon T is the best plumber I have ever used. They were on time and quickly diagnosed and repaired crack in pipe to outdoor faucet. They also replaced with a better faucet assembly with freeze proof pipes and easy to turn rubber coated handle which is helpful for those with arthritic hands. They gave me estimates all along and showed me the cracked pipe. The total price was honestly less than I expected. This is my second great experience with them and are definitely my go-to professionals.
