I was contacted within an hour after leaving a message on their website form. I was guided through the information needed to schedule an appointment. The day of the appointment, I was called by the plumber Mike to say he would be here in 30 mins. He arrived right on time, was extremely polite, and hooked up my new faucet and drain to the new sink. Everything was quick, clean, left in excellent condition. I would use Garon T for any of my future plumbing needs!

Anthony the tech was superb. Long story short my original quote from him ended up coming in $1000 less because he was able to find an, now obsolete, part in their store house. He didn’t have to go to the trouble but it was greatly appreciated. Very impressed with his integrity and professionalism

We were made aware of discrepancies between their assessment and the actual plumbing issues. We attempted to resolve this with the manager over email but received no reply. Based on our three consecutive experiences with this company we feel deceived and are expecting a refund for the work that may or may not have been performed. I am not disclosing details in this review. I know what happened, as do they.

I am a Real Estate Professional. I needed a licensed plumber to cap a gas line on one of my listings to obtain Certificate of Occupancy. I called Garon T by another realtor referral, my call was answered by a lovely woman who took my information and said she would call the local plumber. In a few minutes, I got a call back saying he could come that day, within an hour!!! What? Did I hear you correctly??? Blase came and capped the gas line quickly and job was done. Blase helped me fix an occupancy issue in lightning speed. I will certainly bookmark this company for future needs. I couldn't be happier with the service!

We had quite a few issues at our home about 2 to 3 months ago. Some major some minor. Based on reviews, we called Garon T Plumbing. They did not disappoint! They showed up immediately (each time we called) and took care of the problem in record time. In fact, Anthony and Mike went above and beyond with each repair that we needed done. Two super great guys! Thanks for all your patience and a job/jobs well done!! And to the owner (Tom Garon) who also stopped by, we would like to say thank you for doing so.

Garon T came highly recommended from our neighbor when we found a leak under the kitchen sink. I will also highly recommend. Kevin was our plumber. Friendly, personable; and even more important, he knew what he was doing. He explained the charges, then explained everything he was doing. Excellent work - we would use again.

I was looking for a plumber who could show up on the day I called and they s quizzed me in.
They showed us as promised, explained what had to be done, gave an estimate for approval and completed the task very professionally right then.
The price was a bit stiff but they were reliable and completed the job right away, so we were happy

I had a last minute emergency and garon t was readily available. They weren’t available because they weren’t busy, they just know how to prioritize. Anthony was a great technician. Very polite and honest. Pricing seemed pretty standard but the work and professionalism is what set them apart. They had my emergency completed the next day. Without a doubt would call them again. Seriously, if you want affordable pricing, quality work, and honest guys-call them.

Our Hot Water Heater went. Called Garon T and they were here at my house in less then 2 hours which to me was very fast. They repaired everything very fast. Tom gave us a very fair and affordable price. The crew was fantastic. Very professional and they cleaned up the entire work area. I highly recommend Garon T for all your Plumbing needs.
