I've been a customer of Nick Fahmie since 1994 in Toms River. Nick has always been there for me whether for routine maintenance or emergency repairs. He is very knowledgable and doesn't say the job is completed until he feels that it was done right even if that makes him a little late for his next job. I feel I am very lucky to have him work for me during all these years.
I would recommend any business Nick is involved with to anyone who wants to deal with an honest hardworking person who will never take advantage of you. Completely trustworthy!

Nick has come to our rescue twice. The first time was the coldest day of the year. The furnace went, my family woke shivering and you could see our breath inside of our home. Nick arrived without even having had his own coffee, assessed, got parts needed and fixed the problem before 11 am.
The second time was for replacing my central air. Not an easy task being the air handler is in my unfinished and tight quartered attic. He is honest, reasonable and just an all over nice guy. I give 5 stars!

Nick installed our furnace in 2009 & did an excellent job. Very professional, and we have had no problems.

When I texted desperate at 5:30 this morning because the blower stopped working (meaning no a/c on a very hot day), he answered me back very quickly and came out today at the end of what I am sure was a VERY long day for him. He brought all the tools and parts necessary to get our blower up and running, and we have A/C again for the Fourth of July holiday! Very kind of him to work us in, and the price was very reasonable as well, especially considering it was a last-minute emergency right before a holiday!

Among other projects, Nick and team installed radiant floor heat and completely remediated my Sandy-wrecked central AC system in my home.

The team does terrific work and Nick really knows his stuff. They're a pleasure to work with and really take pride in a job well done. I highly recommend Air Speed to anyone for plumbing and HVAC projects large and small!
