Had a sewer main issue that caused the toilet to back up. Chris and his guys showed up a couple of hours after calling them and diagnosed the problem to be the main line from the house. They promptly started working on the issue which was a big job. In 3 days all of the pipes in the house were replaced all the way to the street, all while keeping my bathroom functioning and not inconveniencing the household. These guys know their $hit, no pun intended. The communication was spot on. Text and phone calls to let me know the progress of the day.

Scott came and found that we had a cracked exchange. Gave us a good price on a new heating system. Adid and Steve installed, and we're great! Karen in the Matawan office is awesome. I highly recommend them!

Needed hot water heater replacement. Installer worked to ensure the install was done correctly and safely.

When I turned my heater on for the first time, it did not go on. Being new in the area, I screened some companies from friends, Google and Angi. Chris of A.A. Richards Heating, Cooling, & Plumbing was selected due to his experience and positive reviews. When Chris came to evaluate the boiler, his initial assessment was grim due to the age and condition of the system. He did some research and was able to make the necessary repairs! In addition, the service were affordable. I was comfortable in my home as the temperature dropped below 32 degrees that night!! When this system has to be replaced, he is the person I will call.

We had AA Richards come out and replace our furnace. They were recommended by Suburban Propane. We were in an emergency situation which they did get back to us promptly. They did install the new unit the following day. However there were issues that needed attention that were never fully explained. It was difficult reaching them on the phone and to get a callback. Finally they did come back out and replaced the thermostat. It’s been a year so I called and wanted to schedule a cleaning. I’m still waiting for a callback. Was told if I didn’t hear from them to call them back. I’m the customer. I don’t feel I should have to do that. Their customer service sucks. Called another company and so much happier that I don’t need to deal with Chris any longer

Joseph came to my house to address a gas leak and in a timely manner. Highly recommended
