They were wonderful came right away and fixed everything.
Since I was not a regular customer I didn’t expect them to be so
Quick and understanding of how nervous I was. They are now my go guys I highly recommend them

I called and spoke to receptionist 3 times within a 2 week period to have someone replace ductwork in my Toms River home, but no one returned any calls back. The 2nd time I also made contact with someone named Chris who promised he would call me the next day but failed to do so. The home had a yearly contract with them for 12 years, and this is the response time???? Do not use this company!!!!

We are new to the area and used Brick Township HVAC to repair our A/C. From our initial call the office team was extremely pleasant and responsive.
The gentleman (I *think* his name was Chris) came out on the initial call explained exactly what needed to happen and set up the repair. The techs that came out to do the work were quick, efficient and very nice. They will be our "Go to" guys for any HVAC issues moving forward. We highly recommend.

These guys installed a weil mclain boiler (in 2019) at a property I recently purchased. These boilers should last 20-50 years if serviced properly. Recently we lost heat in the house and I called them to come out and also asked if it was still under warranty. Although the did come out and look at it, they never fixed any issue and the owner Craig said he was going to take photos to send to Weil-Mclain. He has never responded and more importantly, I do not have heat still at the home.

I HATE leaving negative reviews, because as a business owner, I know how hard it is to run a successful business, but these guys are very unprofessional and I would not trust them as far as I could throw them.

This is a business where you can literally print money if you do the right thing.... sadly... they do not.

Called had a salesman come look at my project. He never called me back I called several times he didn’t return my calls. Found a private plumber to handle a new tankless water heater purchase and install. They lost the sale and installation
And won’t be calling them for my new furnace and AC.

They are the best. I purchased a service contract this year and a few weeks ago I called for service. They came on a Saturday morning when I was coveniently home. The repair man, Ron, was polite. After checking the system we needed Freon. He didn't have any on the truck but he came back 2 hours later with a new supply tank so that we could get the house cool. We were pleasantly surprised. We are so glad we called them. I would recommend their services.

I have a contract, i called for three weeks with a leak from unit inside house. Numerous calls with no call back. Finally gave me a date and time, they were over 1.5 hours early, I made arrangements for my brother to be here since I had to work. The men came, totally unprepared, they used all my cleaner and used a sweatshirt to clean unit, and left a bill for over $100.00. That evening, it leaked wore than before, left a pocket of water bulging from my ceiling. No a/c that night and next day. I called 2 more times and no call back. My brother came over and did fix the leak. Previously when they did call the owner Craig told me to climb a ladder and clean it myself. This is totally unacceptable and I will not be using this company ever again, beware consumer.

Responded to the house within 2 hours of my call, diagnosed the issue and walked me through the repair and came in *under* the estimate that the office gave me in setting up the appointment. Couldn't ask for more!

Brick Heating & Air Conditioning has failed to uphold a binding contract after installing a new Attic Fan that hadn't worked since last year. They have been contacted since June 2019, came out replaced the motor. That didn't work has NOT been back since. Have made more than several calls, keep being told Craig will get back to me. It is now Sept. and have NOT heard from him. I have contacted the Better Business Bureau, and now my Attorney.

They did a very professional job fixing our A/C in a timely manner. After diagnosing the problem they came back the same day to relace the part. Mike the service man took the time to explain the problem and was very thorough.
