One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning® of Toms River

From the start to the finish, One Hour Heating and Air did a FABULOUS job of installing my new HVAC system. I cannot say how pleased my wife and I are at the ease of heating our house now. We moved into our new house a month ago, and realized our thermostat was broke, and the HVAC system needed to be replaced.
I did a couple estimates, but from start to finish, felt the most comfortable with them. Every time I call the office, they greet you friendly and professional; two days before my scheduled job the owner came out and amazed us with reassurance about what our heating and air issues were, and how they can be remedied; and the installers were tremendous. They took their time and did it right-and now with one touch of a button, I can control the comfort level of my home with ease. One Hour is definitely the company to go with.

Air conditioning died on a sweltering Sunday afternoon. Technician was at our home within the hour, diagnosed the problem quickly (unit was shot) and was able to set up an appointment for a replacement 3 days later. In the meantime they were kind enough to loan us window units to keep us cool, and came to install them for us. The day of installation they were prompt, polite and did an excellent job. They even offered to vacuum after they were finished! They answered any questions we had and their prices were reasonable. I would recommend One Hour to anyone!

Very responsive, professional and personable tech arrived as promised. Found the problem that required a specialized part for mobile homes. Found a place that had the part, went and picked it up, came back and got the furnace running. Very happy with the service and the tech!

The service techs were great. They showed up on time. They were courteous and professional at all times. However I was surprised at the cost of replacing the electronic ignitor in my furnace. I paid $343 on top of the $109 diagnostic fee. The cost and installation of the part seemed excessive but I didn't have a choice but to pay it. I have since spoken to other professionals in the business who said I paid way too much. So I have been left with a very bad taste in my mouth over this experience. The old axiom is true " buyer beware".

From start to finish my experience with One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning was beyond my greatest expectations. They provided honest, professional and meticulous work installing a brand new air conditioning system in my home. I will continue to use them, and will recommend them to friends and family for their phenomenal service.

Our duel zone needed repair along with flex ducts in need of replacement. The team came out with in a week and completed the work in a day. Very happy with their work.

My wife is in the hospital, came home after visiting was over and the ac was out at the house. Called in the morning (Monday) and was told they would be out on Friday. I explained that my wife was in the hospital and I couldn’t bring her home to an 86 degree house. Was told I was on some sort of wait list even though this company installed this unit new. Called back later that day to check on my request, their answering service was useless even suggested I call another company. Called on Tuesday and the actual business picked up. I explained the situation and a tech responded that day and fixed my ac promptly, the technician was professional and courteous.I felt over charged and unappreciated as a customer but at least I was able to bring my wife home

I was satisfied with the quick response and level of communication exhibited by One Hour Heating and AC. I would recommend that when performing a diagnostic evaluation of the system that a statement of work be prepared to discuss the issues found and corrected as well as potential issues that may arise in the future. It would be great to be able to explain to the customer what has been checked. Very happy with the work completed by One Hour HVAC. I would recommend them highly to anyone who is looking to replace their existing HVAC system.

Brandon was excellent. He was very thorough and knowledgeable. He clearly explained everything and it was easy to understand. He went above and beyond and also made my attic immaculate. He made me feel vert comfortable and I highly recommend! Definitely 5 stars!

Overall experience was very good. Two technicians showed up. One of them was in training. The lead person was very personable and professional and was okay with me asking him questions about what he was doing. I actually learned a couple of things.
