Luckily they always get to me on the early side of the window of time when doing a visit. The only thing we had an issue with was communication because I'm the renter and the owner has policy. So that communication process probably needs to be streamlined. One time the tech locked himself out of our basement where the unit is but it wasn't an emergency. Overall the schedulers and techs are always friendly and professional and always correct the rare issue here and there.

My experience has always been first rate with One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning. I was happy to have Matt as my technician. He is very thorough and explains things in an easy to understand way. And kudos to Laura, Kayla and Cody for always being so helpful when I call.

They seemed to be honest. Told me my a/c is old and should think about replacing in the future. Did not try to influence me to install one now nor did they give me quote. I did not ask for a quote and therefore not pressured. They were both pleasant to speak with.

Service was good, work was good, on time. I felt the price for the evaporation pump with a bit high. I priced the pump on line and it was much cheaper. I understand labor but they were in and out in less than 40 minutes. I would use them again but question the price

I called One Hour Heating & Air and within 30 minutes the technicians arrived at my home. Matt Sullivan was knowledgable, respectable and took the time to explain his troubleshooting process with me. My AC services were restored and it was a plessure doing business with this company.

The technicians and services staff were very friendly and professional. I almost felt like I was working with a family member who cared about mine and my family safety and comfort. It was an awesome experience and I highly recommend them to anyone in need of service on their system.

I asked for and received a quote for the heating and air conditions system replacement. I do not expect to start it now, but need to be ready since the system is 14 years old.
