Dale was very courteous, professional and knowledgeable. He serviced my AC unit and replaced a defective part. I was very pleased with his work.

Ran into an issue where carbon monoxide was filling our crawl space. The tech Justin very quickly identified the issue and fixed it. Ran some tests after for combustion and carbon monoxide and all was well. Will be using again!

I called this company to report that we had no hot water at our residence. A tech (Dan) was dispatched in a timely manner and identified that the water heater had failed and water was leaking. He isolated the heater stopping the leak and informed us that we had several options available to us. He also informed us that the boiler which supplied heat to the residence was in poor condition which we had been informed of at an earlier date by another company following a repair. A second company representative was required (Frank)to explain our options and discuss pricing and scheduling if we agreed to the repairs. At no time did we feel pressured to make an immediate commitment and our options were explained in detail including any incentives and warranty information.
Based on the interaction we had with the two representatives from this company we decided to schedule the needed repairs.
Both were very courteous and presented themselves in a professional manner. The repairs have been scheduled for 2 days following the initial call and all permits will be processed with no cost to us the customer and that we will have hot water restored by the end of the day that the work is performed.
I look forward to the completion of this work and will be sure to comment on the completed job.
On the day scheduled, the tech Jamie with his assistant performed the installation of a complete new system. By the end of the day we had hot water and the heat was ready for use when needed. The completion time was as expected based on the time frame indicated when the job was scheduled. There were a couple of minor tasks that required completion the following day, (this was also expected and explained during the scheduling) which took approx. 1 hour to complete. The tech explained how the new system operated and how to secure the system if it is ever required.
I'm very pleased with this company and will recommend them to friends.

I can't say enough about the amazing service that we received from everyone at One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning. We woke up to a very cold home and thanks to Frank, Laura and Anthony, we were up and running by the afternoon. Our issue was diagnosed and resolved quickly. I would highly recommend their services. Justin performed routine Spring maintenance/inspection of AC system that was installed July 2022. This was the 2nd inspection and Justin completed it in about an hour. He was professional, personable, knowledgeable, and courteous. We are very satisfied with this company.
