One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning® of Toms River

I recently had my home AC go down. After searching the internet i chose to call One Hour Heating and AC. The tech arrived and inspected my system and then informed me that I will need to get a new unit. The air compressor I had is no longer made and others would not be compatable. A sales rep then contacted me and came over to review the issue. He promptly told me that I needed and entirely new system and gave me 2 quotes both over $6,000.00. I then called another company. They discovered that a wire had burned out and replaced it. My AC works perfectly fine now. The cost….. $220.00 which included the service fee to come out. So either one hour AC has untrained techs or they are also complicit with they way the company does business. I would never recommend or use this company again. One would think that during this time when so many people are struggling financially as a result of the pandemic one would still have their integrity when providing a service to the public.

Dan found that unit was not getting power due to a blown fuse
at the disconnect box. I gave Dan two new fuses that I had on hand he replaced them and the unit returned to normal operations. Dan also checked the volts and amps and the Freon operating levels and everything is working properly at this time.

Everyone at the company that i spoke to were very nice and helpful. They came out the next day after i initially contacted them about the problem I was having. Cody and Laura were such a big help with getting the parts for my furnace orded right away and coordinating the appointments with me and my realtor. The tech, Bobby, was able to diagnose the issue right away and laid out all my options. The day of the repair he showed up early replaced the piece easily and didnt take long at all. He had the furnace up and running like new. He was great to deal with. I would definitely contact them for further service or issues and i would definitely recommend them. I had One-hour in north Jersey and wanted stay with a reliable company. The Ocean county people did not disappoint. Our technician Bobby was not only on time, but took his time to explain everything to me. He was also very willing to give us helpful tips about the area. I hope to have a long and happy association with this group also.

Very professional and courteous service. Was easy to set up appt. Questions were answered on the phone before appointment setup, didnt feel rushed. Technician arrived on time and completed his diagnostics. No trouble found with system, temporary hot blowing air was caused by compressor overload (cut out) due to excessively recent hot day. System has been working perfectly since then, with no problems. I appreciate the honesty and would recommend them highly.

I couldn't be happier with One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning! Our AC broke on a Friday night before a heat wave, and we had no luck getting in touch with the company that installed our system. We have very young children so waiting out the weekend wasn't really an option for us. One Hour answered my late phone call and were able to get technicians out to me early the next morning. The two men who came out were friendly and professional and they fixed our system very quickly! We'll be using One Hour from now on!

Edwin arrived on time, was very polite and respectful. He worked very hard despite the heat and Made many trips up to the attic and worked hours with the sun beating on him try to repair my air conditioner -never once complained about how hot it was. He took the time to explain everything he was doing. He also put booties on anytime he had to come in the house. I would definitely recommend this company and plan to use them in the future.

Couldn't be happier with this company! Not only did they repair the HVAC they called their plumbing department and switched out the dishwasher the same day so I didn't have to wait for another plumber that stood me up for 2 days straight! I highly recommend this company! For me it's an excellent find for quick service when you have a rental!
