Yesterday we had our spring cleaning and check up done on our mini split system. This was the first time that we had Noah as the technician. He was outstanding, knowledgeable, and very courteous. He is welcome in our home anytime. I want to thank Noah again for his great work.

Parker Drake came out and I could not be there. I let them know where the key was they came in did their job very quickly, very very professionally. A few days later I was still having an issue. They came back very quickly and fixed it perfectly and went above and beyond anything I could ask for or have had in the past with other companies. Parker Drake is great to work with highly recommended as well as the entire staff

John was on time and perfectly serviced all equipment. He patiently answered all my questions and left the work area immaculate. Terrific service…

We have been using Strogen's Service Experts for several years now and always receive consistent, great service. We have a service contract for bi-annual cleaning and maintenance which works great for us. Everyone there, including Cody who came and serviced our system today, is professional, knowledgeable and just genuinely nice.

Brian came to do our yearly service. He was very professional and was very knowledgeable. He cleaned up as he serviced each unit and put back any items that needed to be moved. Good employees are hard to find. Brian is a good example of one.

Brian did a great job in taking care of yearly maintenance...professional to the core in my home.

Our tech Brian Leary went above and beyond during our annual heat pump maintenance He offered several recommendations for resolving a vibration issue that the original installation company caused. and never fixed. His product knowledge was off the charts.

Brian is polite and pleasant! He was expedient and answered my questions confidently.

There was quite an issue trying to get things scheduled, which was super annoying, however the service visit itself was great. Cody and Jason came by to do the work and offer their thoughts to my questions as well as doing a great job on the maintenance on our splits and propane boiler.

Heating system stopped when my daughter and grandchildren were on vacation in March. Called Service experts, 1st dispatched tech told me that he was a Felon, heating system stopped working after one day, second service call, sent Strogen, heating system stopped working after 4 days. $728 no heat, no recourse without additional funds which we did not have.. luckily it was in March so we let it slide.. In my experience, money was taken, we received bad service, not a trustworthy company, would definitely not recommend anyone use them
