We were out of hot water! Called, on a Sunday and they were there the next day. The on-demand water heater was trashed, We had the new one installed in 2 days. Can't beat that.

Strogens truly cares for their customers. Having Multiple Sclerosis for 20 years now, when my air conditioner was deemed unfixable during the 100° heatwave late July I was mortified knowing what hot temperatures do to my condition. Paul Smith came and advised me of replacement costs and suggested the Advantage Program, which is fantastic! Yes it's a monthly fixed cost but having my climate controlled environment back and having Strogens service experts available at any time to come for free is peace of mind and priceless.
I was definitely having an MS exacerbation from the heat was told an installation date that I thought I could make it too. Much to my amazement, 2 trucks pulled up to my home 5 days earlier than the installation date. Paul said he was going to take care of me and he MOST CERTAINLY did!!!
Rod Furbush and Ryan Kilbourne, Strogens Service Experts, emerged from their trucks and also came to my rescue installing my new sleek new beautiful Lennox air conditioner. I was having the furnace replaced too for a more efficient one so they had to return the following day. After spending several hours with them doing the air conditioner installation I fully trusted them as I have felt with every Strogens employee so when I left for work that following day at 6am I left the front door open knowing that Rod&Ryan would shortly be arriving to finish the installation.
Coming home from work at 1pm, Rod and Ryan had been busy! The ugly old rusty ventilation stack on my roof was replaced with a smaller and considerably nicer one. There were plastic matts on my carpet to catch debris from the furnace removal process. Ryan also made note to me that all the roofing nails were properly disposed of and I didn't need to worry about stepping on one which is wonderful to hear as I spent a year or more picking them out of my lawn after my roof was replaced several years ago.
Their care and consideration of me and my wellbeing speaks volumes about Strogens in general. I am so thankful for everyone who has helped me. Everyone has been exceptional, trustworthy and so knowledgeable!!!

Ted Trembly #187302 from Strogens just performed some maintenance and replaced the squealing motor so the furnace is running quite again. Also gave me a replacement air filter! These guys are the best and they somehow keep getting better.

Emergency call made at 9:16pm to Strogens about my new air conditioner not blowing cold air! Parker from Strogens arrives at 10pm something!!! Quickly diagnoses that the circuit breaker tripped. I felt extremely foolish for something so simple but I had no idea...AND this is I have them. The emergency call was part of my service plan so no cost to me and my home is freezing cold now. Hundred degrees outside, high 60s inside. Best for my MS. Once again ty ty ty Strogens!!!!

Brian was on time, efficient, and explained what he was working on throughout our annual furnace servicing.

Cody and Jason couldn't have been more professional and helpful! This was our first service call since having our system installed a year ago.

Cody was very neat and they both were willing to answer any questions I had.

John and his apprentice Louie (?) were excellent servicing both our older boiler and a/c systems. Joe came along and provided some consulting and they thoroughly reviewed all. Best experience!

Paul Smith and the entire Strogens team were an absolute pleasure to work with. Sean P and Andrew C along with some help from John, were awesome! They were on time, professional, polite and they know what they are doing. The job was a bigger job than normal and they kept neat and organized. They completed the job beautifully, took the time to help us understand how to operate the system and what to do to maintain the units. I could not have asked for a better experience!

Parker was incredibly knowledgeable, helpful and thorough. He was communicative about what was happening and how he was going to rectify it. He’s by far the best technician we’ve had come work on our boiler.
