    I have been so happy with the quality of the work performed that I almost
    forgot to write a review. Joy's arrived promptly and got to work immediately. They were polite and explained the process. They cleaned
    up after themselves and even left the yard neater than it was before they got here.
    I always try to use local companies for work and have never been disappointed.
    We had our first hot spell the evening the A/C was installed and it was
    a pleasure to feel the cool! I would recommend this company to anyone
    needing their expertise.

    Our service tech was at our home 40 minutes after our distress call as water poured out of our boiler!! We appreciate the fast service on an icy cold night to make sure we had heat. Fast, excellent, and reasonable prices.

    I was actually very disappointed by the service (or lack there off my Joys). I'm not one to write negative reviews but I wanted to warn others against what happened to me, or maybe homeowners. I was looking for qualified technicians for zoning my central hvac system and after doing research and reading reviews I decided to give them a call and submit informant on via their website. I got a prompt call back and schedule w a technician, I thought great these folks will be awesome. My appointment was schedule for about a week out around 2pm(mind you I had to take time off my schedule). The person showed up on time and scheduled very courteous and knowledgeable by the name Dana joy whom happens to be the owner. Went over everything detailed and even said he would get an estimate to me in 2 days (this was on a Tuesday). Well long story short this was about 1 1/2 ago and I'm still waiting for an estime or a courtesy call back? I called and spoke w someone that answers the phone and she said "Dana is traveling I'll have him get back to you" well nothing yet. I also emailed then on their site and nothing. How can you conduct business this way? Now I understand that my location was a little outside the territory but it was not mentioned to me about that this was an issue whatsoever or that there would be any issues. How do you expect to get customers this way?. Either way you've been warned. I have his business card w his signature he even sent me to review the possible system he "would have installed".

    After 2 interviews with other HVAC companies, we chose Joy HVAC for our central A/C installation. Dana came to our home and the choices of units and prices were better or equal to the others. I like that they are a small family owned, local company. The technicians were prompt and professional.The house is now cool and comfortable. Thank you Joy HVAC.
