    We had our Central Air System installed by Joy's and we couldn't be more satisfied.
    The price for our system was right and the service was and is excellent.
    I would recommend Joy's to anyone.

    My father is in the hospital and my mother has serious health issues. While taking care of my mother my sister realized their house smelled like oil. I called Joy's Hvac and they had someone there within 15 minutes of my call. They were outstanding!

    Scheduled an estimate appt. for a mitsubishi split to be installed. On the day they were scheduled to come over, no one shows. Called them, they apologized and said their scheduling person was out for the day, and asked if they could come over on another day. They showed up this time and did a great job of going over the whole house for the estimate. Person that came over said the estimate would probably only take a day or two to come back. He seemed very nice and professional. That was approximately a month ago. Never got that estimate. Didn't bother calling them back. Got my system installed by another company about two weeks ago. Joy's HVAC just wasted my precious time. If you're too busy to do a job just let the person know. It's called being professional.

    I gave them two stars as they do deal with Trane and the owner fixed a line to my oil tank he didn't have to. Unfortunately, my unit has not worked efficiently since it was installed. I did let the company know this but no luck with anyone coming out to fix the unit. I had to hire another company only to find out there were SEVERAL things that needed to be corrected do to poor installation in the first place. Luckily because I have a Trane, they were able to be fixed and I didn't have to pay for a whole new unit.

    Made an appointment for onsite visit in Dover. It was some time out, two weeks. Mike was a no show on the day of the appointment 7/15. No call, sorry we missed or no call to re-schedule.

    In the summer in NH there is just a short window for AC needs, waiting two weeks for an appointment (which means 4 weeks to actual install) and then not showing up or calling with an explanation is below the level of professionalism needed for this area.

    Beware.

    I want to give a shoutout to JOYS HVAC for being so fricken amazing and coming to help out in an emergency. Not only was Matt super friendly and thorough, the company didn't ask for every penny we have (like so many others tried to do during my mad dash to find help with our furnace.) I highly, HIGHLY, recommend them. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

    Woke up to find central air was out on a 90° day called to request a service call and got a response within 30 min on a Saturday late afternoon spoke with tech and he showed up within the hour solved the problem and then found out it was the owner ,very satisfied with his professionalism and was told to call back if anything else was needed on Sunday quite the service thank you very much

    Had them work on my furnace multiple times. They've always been quick, courteous, and always willing to explain what they're doing as they're doing it. I highly recommend them for your furnace needs.
