    (Hot water tank) Rob and Matt can’t say enough about them. Great job showed up on time in uniform very friendly, explained everything they did. These two service experts did a great job overcoming every obstacle they encountered and there were quite a few. Never got frustrated showed great ability to problem solve. Also Joe the project sales manager showed up on same day I called and after seeing my situation had the service technician at my house the next morning. Thank you I highly recommend Stephen,s

    Your tech, Brian, was excellent and has superior customer services skills. He answered my many questions and was extremely helpful. He also called a sales rep out for an additional job and sales rep Jason B. was at my property in minutes. Both men were super helpful. Happy to do business with Strogen’s.

    We have been customers of Strogens for nearly 8 years. Everything about them is top notch. Making appointments is easy, they are extremely responsive in an emergency. Technicians are always polite and listen to your problems and always explain what service they provided. We have a service contract which has proved invaluable over the years.

    Set up appointment on a Sunday for a broken A/C for Monday or Tues. Call Monday and am told I will have someone Monday evening and have email stating the same. Call Around 5:30 PM Monday to get an update and am told my appointment is now Wed 2-4. Call Wed around 5 to get an update on when they may show up. Get a response they will call me when they are on their way but may not be that day. So now I'm supposed to stay home day after day and hope that I get lucky and they may give me a call? Call Thursday to try to get a day and they do apologize for what I was told Wed, but the Dispatcher is on the phone and will call me back with an update. The dispatcher never called back. I call a competitor Thursday, they give me an appointment for next Wed but will try to squeeze me in before the weekend. Get 2 calls from them Friday and they showed up to fix it. Was a customer of this place for over 20 years and now that is gone as I will continue to do business with the competitor. I get there are issues and they are shorthanded, but that kind of communication is such poor treatment of the customer. I will not do business with this company again.

    Brian and Travis were fantastic this afternoon and in to the evening. What was a routine furnace cleaning turned in to a much bigger project for them. While no one wants to be given bad news about a critical piece of equipment - Brian took the time to explain and show what and where the issue was. I really appreciated both of them taking the time to ensure that the furnace was in great shape and running safely.

    Our AC worked fine until they came to service it yesterday, and then nothing but warm air blowing all night and all day today—I called first this morning to have them come back out to fix whatever it is they did; they were scheduled to meet me at my home again at 5pm today (during my break between job #1 and #2) but they no called, no showed, and I was 45mins late to my second job because I was waiting on them…🤬

    Quick response from their homepage contact page. Main office called within half and hour. Quick confirmation of problem to address and personal information was documented and promise of confirmation of service would occur within a couple of hours. Less than and hour later, service rep called to confirm he would be arriving in about 15 minutes. Upon arrival, addressed my issues in a professional and friendly manner. The Strogen's team is friendly, professional and above all, they are quick to getting you service to reduce undue stress.

    I as a rule am not home when my cleaning is done. Strogen's service experts always do a superior cleaning job and leave the furnace area clean and neat. The service done is written in detail with suggestions how to improve the furnace efficiency. It is comforting to know how trustworthy and honest a company you have invested in for years continues to prove their loyalty to their customers.

    I've always had pretty good service from Strogens, but today I had excellent service. Noah was very thorough, probably the most thorough anyone has been any corrected a flaw in my air conditioning system. Excellent work, thank you Noah!
