Initial install was fast and friendly, only nothing worked. They called in the experts for day 2, and more experty experts for day 3.
By day 4 we had something that ran, but they had left the job a bit incomplete. I had to send in photos of the incomplete work to validate what the last technician told me himself. Its now over a month later and I've almost got them scheduled to come back and finish.
Everytime I call back from a message, the person I talk to wants to go back to square 1.
Fortunately as per terms of the contract I signed, final payment is due upon the completion of work, so they're waiting too.

I have had Strogen's maintenance for a number of years with no regrets. I needed to replace my central air conditioner. Paul gave me a number of different quotes and explained them well. He was very professional and answered all my questions. Sean Pepin and Rob Landry installed the unit. They were amazing! Professional, explained everything so I understood the new system, very respectful of our home by making sure to cover carpets, cover their boots and left the areas clean. Thank You !

I’m not a people person but he was amazing. Any questions I had, he answered as well as explaining what he was doing and why he was doing it. Hopefully every technician is as friendly and talented as him because I will continue to use Strogen’s in the future.
Our Service Tech, Parker, was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. We are new to propane + homeownership and this company is helpful and reliable every time we have needed assistance or just have questions. They remember their customers and are quick to respond, ensuring everyone is taken care of. I definitely recommend their service to others and am impressed at how affordable both their products and services are!
Very unprofessional, used inappropriate language to my wife and I, smoking cigarettes on my driveway and left the butts on the ground, told us they couldn’t make it out until my wife told them we were calling a few other companies and then all of a sudden there schedule opened up and 3 vans showed up. Tried telling us our brand new heat/ac unit was going to need to be fully replaced for $10k or we would have to wait 8 weeks for a new compressor. Told me on the phone I wouldn’t have to pay the $100 service charge if I waited until the next day but they still tacked it on- they over charged us based on the labor and time spent at our house. We had the install company come out today, they told us the Strogens crew did not fully assemble our condenser after taking it apart…and that the unit would not need to be fully replaced.
