    Our heat was not working but we had hot water. We called Strogen's and Travis came out to take a look the same day. He quickly identified the problem with our boiler and replaced the parts that were causing issues. Travis was timely, professional, and did a great job. Very thankful to have the heat working again. We will definitely continue to use Strogen's.

    Brian and Sean came out for routine service. Very efficient-answered all the questions and noted that the furnace filter needs to be replaced and will schedule that. Very satisfied with the service.

    My thermostat's calls for heat were not making it to my wood pellet boiler so I called Strogens to evaluate and repair the issue.     Brian did a great job cleaning both furnaces in my duplex. He took the time to explain the maintenance he was doing and wore boot covers inside. He even noticed a small bees nest in the exhaust vent, which he removed.

    Strogen only cares about how much money they can get from you. The repair person and the sales person were nice which is why I initially believed all of the things they told me, its all a farce to lure you into their price gouging.

    We called Strogens when our furnace stopped working and they came with a service person and a sales person. They basically tried to bully us into replacing our system saying ours was so old that it could die any day. The quote they generated was for a system that was way too large for our house and when we asked questions about the specifics of the quote the answers were incredibly vague. Additionally, the leasing option is crazy overpriced, and you have to pay an additional fee at the end of the 10-year period to then own the system that you've already put over $20K into? No thanks.

    When they were "fixing" the furnace they said they had to order a part which took nearly a week to arrive, so we did not have heat in our house the entire time we were waiting. After calling several times to check on the status of the part I was told I would get a call back - this never happened.

    We decided to call a different company, who showed up and were able to fix the furnace in less than an hour. The same part that had been ordered by Strogens was easily purchased at a store less than a mile from my home. Additionally, Strogen quoted me nearly $800 on the price of this part that we were waiting for and the different company showed us the receipt that read $75. They also tried to tell us that another component needed to be replaced. The different company that we called said that it was perfectly fine, and that we didn't need a new furnace at all.

    Because of them and their lack of service I was was without heat for nearly a week and worrying about how to afford a new furnace all together.

    They deserve negative stars. Their lack of transparency, over pricing, and bullying is appalling.
