Strogen's Service Experts

We've had Strogen's service our heating system for several years now, and are very satisfied and pleased with their promptness, availability, and quality of their service. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to friends and neighbors.

Strogen offers a great maintenance plan and I recently had my annual heating system maintenance. The service tech, Brian, was very professional, friendly, and informative. He took the time to explain the things I was curious about and to answer my questions. I appreciate the excellent service.

Strogens takes care of both our heating system and central air conditioning. I received a phone call from the technician Brian in the arrival window informing me he'd be arriving shortly, right on time. He presented as professional and knowledgeable of the task at hand. He quickly got to work and soon had completed our annual maintenance of the furnace. He repeatedly asked me if I had any questions about the service performed, he was both very polite and personable. We have always been pleased with the service we receive from Strogens and certainly hope to see Brian in the future, definitely an asset to the company!

Brian (and Strogen’s service in general) was awesome. Here for a winter service plan visit but also ended up replacing now a connector for the AC unit that was previously flagged so we wouldn’t need an emergency visit this spring/summer. Very friendly, professional and thorough.

Cody came out to fix my mini split which has the extra super duper heating in it. It stopped working. Cody found the problem and fixed it in no time. He was courteous, respectful and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Strogens for all of your heating, and AC needs. It’s difficult to find honest and reputable businesses in this day and age. Don’t hesitate to call them!!!

First time I have used Strogens heating and cooling. Brian and Sean came out and Brian was the HVAC tech and he was great. Told me what he was doing and showed me also. He checked the system out and noticed a hole in the intake side, and taped it up. He then checked system under a load and explained what he found out.He checked the floor vents and oped them as some were closed. Sean checked the age of the HVAC and also out hot water heater. Brian explained the different maintance warranties.
They were both great and I would recommend Strogens again.

Strogen's has serviced our furnace for years. A few weeks ago, we had a split AC system installed. Very professional. Very respectful of us and our property.

We are very satisfied with our furnace/boiler installation and maintenance. We needed a new furnace a few years ago, and we called Strogen's and enrolled into their plan with monthly payments on our furnace/boiler and free maintenance and repairs for life. It was just exactly what we needed at the time.

Brandon and John were amazing in their technical knowledge and explanation of my issue. Personable, outgoing, engaging and enjoyable to talk to. I had a lot of questions and they answered them all. Outstanding service!

Noah was an awesome tech! On time, respectful and thorough. He clearly explained everything…and he was super nice!! Pleasure to have him do work in our home!
