Thank you so much! Alex and the entire Bill Trombly team amazing! He came out this morning after our boilers had stopped working, and was able to quickly diagnose the problem and help us troubleshoot a solution. When it became clear that the problem wasn't with our equipment, but was actually a chimney that was plugged up, he and the Trombly team got in touch with a chimney company that was able to clean it out. After that, Alex came back and got our boilers working. With it being a Friday and a snowstorm coming tomorrow - I was anxious that I if we couldn't get it working we may have to figure out how to drain all the water from our office so that it wouldn't freeze over the weekend, but Alex was willing to come back this evening and help us drain our system and weatherproof the office. Thankfully it wasn't needed. Thank you, Alex, and thank you Bill Trombley Heating and Cooling. Would absolutely recommend.

John H., Chris, and Lee came to replace our old AC system. They were on time which was great. Worked tirelessly in this heat. John explained everything that they would be doing step by step. Very knowledgeable, and they were so polite! When they were finished for the day, were here for two days, they cleaned up whatever mess they made! We are responsible for a home in Manchester area but live out of state. There was an emergency repair to an old heating and hot water system that we had to get done. We were able to schedule almost immediate service. Alex the technician called us and explained our options in detail helping make near and long term decisions. Very happy with my experience with Bill Trombly! My comfort consultant, Carl, was extremely knowledgeable. He answered all my questions about the install and the product that would be installed. It was 100% because of Carl’s thorough knowledge that I decided to go with Bill Trombly. He even answered questions after the contract was signed.

My install techs, John H and Chris, we’re awesome! I like to watch the process of installation and they weren’t bothered by me being there. John H is very personable and a true asset to the Trombly company. He was able to install the system the way I was hoping and didn’t mind me pestering him with questions. After the install, he explained the operation with the just the right amount of detail to get me going.

The electrician Lee was awesome as well! He was able to run the wires through our basement with minimal invasiveness. I have a very unique setup in my basement and he was super professional and barely disrupted my things.
