This was a plumbing repair... no water coming from the hot water faucets. Keith diagnosed a problem wth my thermal expasion tank. He explained the problem, replaced the tank and left the workspace nice and clean....all within an hour. He provided terrific customer service! Thanks, Keith!

My recent experience with Bill Twombly the Plummer is very disheartening. He came out to find and repair a leak that occurred when the bathtub was full. Understandably he had to cut Sheetrock under the tub to access the pipes, completely a routine operation . He was getting paid by the hour already but it insisted on a “cutting Sheetrock” surcharge resulting in him getting paid twice to do a routine task.
He said he found and repaired the problem and left with his $500. The next filling of the tub showed the problem was not resolved. He came back out and stated that he would have to get a second person to work with him and wanted $575 to fix what he said he had already fixed on the first $500 visit. I said to myself that this guy is a clown or rip off artist.
I removed the chrome cover that goes over the tub overflow drain, it took two screws and literally 60 seconds. Bill Twombly hadn’t bothered to do this simple and logical step. I immediately saw a gap between the tub wall and gasket that seals the tub to the overflow pipe. It had been installed upside down, being a tapered gasket. This was not Twombly’s mistake but should have been one of the first places to look when trouble shooting the problem.
I spent 90 minutes, a visit to the hardware store and installed a new $3.75 gasket myself. Now everything is dry and secure.
If Bill Twombly had been allowed to return with a second person, a $3.75 gasket replacement would have come to $1,100.
To summarize, Bill Twombly Plumbing is either completely incompetent or a rip off artist.
DO NOT CALL BILL TWIMBLY PLUMBING.

Mr. Bill Twombly, Jr. posted his phone number in his response, so I had a meaningful conversation with him about my initial review and the circumstances of his technician's visit. I believe him to be a sincere businessman concerned about the reputation of his family's business. It is unfortunate that we had to jump through the extra hoops, but he did make adequate adjustments and has spoken to his technician. I have changed my review to four stars as a result. If you should have any issues with his services, please contact him directly by using the number he gave in the response. He is a reasonable person.

Kyle did an amazing job at coming in and repairing an A.C that we had for the upstairs that we were not sure what was wrong with. He was on time, personable and truly willing to do what he needed in order to make sure that all our A.Cs were working and functional. Would definitly work with him again!

We have been a Bill Trombly customer for 10 years or more and I can firmly say, I will never go to anyone else but Bill for all services including septic We are 100% satisfied and delighted with all the service men that come to our home. They are clean, courteous and extremely customer focused. Their work is always 100% satisfied.
Most recently, BRENDEN was over for a check on my AC. Brenden exemplifies the standard of the Trombly company and was an absolute pleasure to have in our home. Previous to that service, Brenden was here with Zach, another dedicated and professional service man. Both worked together on a hot water install. I was 100% satisfied with the work they performed and how clean they left my area. In fact, Zach twisted his knee and was in serious discomfort but would NOT leave until the job was done. Now that is the real meaning of customer service and satisfaction. I could write many more testimonials but this will be enough for now. Excellent service from Dave of Allied Septic today. He performed a pump out and ensured the system was clean and functioning properly. Highly recommend for customer service and price.

It’s worth it to pay just a little more and know it work is DONE RIGHT the first time. No cheap Home Depot parts either.
