Bill Trombly Plumbing - Heating - Cooling - Electric

Stellar from start to finish. Brian with the consult answered all my questions, and addressed all my concerns, even a couple that I wasn't aware of. Brendan and Cole did a perfect install, and fully explained the new system and its operation. Electrical (sorry don't remember his name) also beautiful, and professional work. And to top it all off, Bills prices were better than 90% of the others I checked with. Would recommend to anyone, and everyone.

I’ve called Bill Trombly for electrical and heating system repairs in the past and always had a great experience. When I found issues with clogged drains and leaky pipes in our kitchen and basement, they were my first call. Jake and Dave arrived right on time and did excellent work! They were professional, friendly, and made quick work of several jobs around the house. I’ll certainly be using Bill Trombly for all kinds of home issues in the future, thanks guys!

The Trombly team kept me informed on the status of the tech that was scheduled to perform the yearly maintenance on our system. He was running late duec to the previous job. He checked our system and found it in good running order. They have a great team.

Jonathan did a great job! He was very professional and friendly. He did a thorough job of power washing our mini-split and left the area clean.

Early on a Tues morning, found I had a sewer backup, fun! Called Rotorooter and Bill Trombly. Trombly already had a crew in the area, so they made it within an hour! It was a two man crew, Dave and Dylan. They quickly got the pipe to flow with one of the rotating snake heads, and then did it again 3 times with different cutter to make sure it was cleared! It was 80' down the line towards the street, and they were at it for the good part of 3 hours, that and doing a TV inspection. Great crew and thorough. Also a little less expensive than RR who I had for a different drain line, same issue about 5 years back. They will be my first call if this happens again. I'm using a root inhibitor now, so hope I don't need to call them! Thanks Dave and Dylan!

I called at 8 AM and the service Tech was at my door at 11 AM. Unbelievable. I thought I would have to wait for days to get my heater fixed. The Tech came in and repaired my Direct Vent heater set me up for a yearly service plan and left. This is just one of many times I have called Trombly for help and they were there every time. Thank you very much. More companies should run this smooth and efficient. Always caring for the customer. You tried the rest now try the best, Bill Trombly is the best !!!.

I have been using Bill Trombly since I purchased my home in 2017 and have always been treated with respect as a customer. My most recent heating maintenance service that Brandan W did, was not only fast and accurate but he was mindful of putting his booties on his shoes. Overall, perfect transaction.

Bill T did a new/replacement central air install. I worked with Brian in sales who was terrific - answered all questions, was thorough, and most importantly was responsive, even when I made contact with him a few times after the installation for a minor problem, which wasn’t really in his wheelhouse. Chris, along with an apprentice, were the installers. Can’t say enough good things about Chris. Pleasant, professional and to quote an old sailor saying, you could tell he “had all his s?!$ in one sock.” For the unfamiliar - he knew his “stuff.” The install went well - neatly done. I did have a minor issue that I discovered later in which I had some leakage around some of the new duct-work. They sent out Tyler. I was shocked that Bill T had not one, but at least two technicians who were pleasant, polite, spent time answering my questions, did a nice job, were not in a rush, and knew their stuff. I have been with a well-known and popular Bedford HVAC company but will now switch. Well-done Bill T and Thank You!

Response time was excellent. Phone was answered almost before it rang, and the person who answered the phone was very professional, and very friendly. She scheduled me for service as soon as possible, which turned out to be much quicker than I had expected. Service tech was at me house sooner than I had hoped. David responded to the call and was professional as always, very nice, very thorough and took care of all the problems, which was a great relief for me.
