Alex was very professional, knowledgeable and thorough. He took extra effort to show and explain to me the issues he found with my boiler, and arranged for the repairs right there on the spot. I felt confident that he took good care of my boiler and that I could rely on it throughout this coming heating season. I would be happy to have him service my boiler in the future...

Zack came today to do the yearly check of my generator. He fixed a noise problem I have had for several years and it is now gone. He was totally through and did a fantastic job. He listened, explained and made sure everything was 100% before leaving. I will certainly request him should I need a technician to come to my home for maintenance.

If I could give John Hanna more than 5 stars, I would. He and his assistance Jake are what is known as A+++ service. I had plumbing issues that needed attention in my newly renovated home. When we reached out to Bill Trombly Plumbing, they arrived punctually on time and exactly when they said they would, and were good enough to squeeze us into an opening they had.

Both wore masks during coronavirus, and were pleasant, polite, knowledgeable, and reasonably priced. They went above and beyond what we asked of them. These are two honest and trustworthy young men. I feel anyone could feel comfortable with them in their homes. One should not hesitate to contact them for plumbing needs.

John and his assistant are a godsend,! I am very fortunate to have found this company, and would not hesitate to recommend them to one and all. They definitely deserve more than 5 stars, but if all is allowed to post here is that amount, then they better be gold ones!!!!

John Hanna loves what he does and is now my go to guy. He is a great addition to my home improvement team.

Lee and Zach S. were wonderful. They removed an old chandelier and installed a new one. They also installed a new bathroom fan, which was a major job. They were able to install in a tight area in the attic under the roof eave. It took time but they did it well. They also gave us recommendations with regards to kitchen lighting. Thank you both!

I had a new gas furnace installed by Bill Trombly Plumbing & Heating. I converted from oil to gas and wasn’t sure how tricky of a process it’d be and didn’t know what to expect. The Trombly team took the time and explained everything in detail and made me feel comfortable. Every interaction I had with them was excellent. Paul, Cheryl, and Mary were very responsive to calls and e-mails and were very professional. The installation team of Alex and Brendan were fantastic. They were knowledgeable and efficient but more importantly they were polite, professional, and very easy to talk to.

Before the furnace install I also had some drain repair work done by them. Mike and John were great! They were hard workers and completed the job quickly.

This is the second visit we’ve had from a Bill Trombly technician - both times they were professional and courteous. Today, Dave B came to clean out a seriously clogged drain and he was quick, efficient, and clean. We’d recommend for Bill Trombly for both furnace & plumbing maintenance and repair.

John H and Chris did a 2 day removal of an old and installed of a new A/c and Heating System. I have never seen more knowledgeable, hardworking technicians. Everything went smoothly from the estimate by Carl, scheduling, and quality workmanship. John corrected some previous issues performed by other HVAC dealers. The team was neat, organized and well versed in the equipment. John went over the entire system to make sure we understood the system. I would recommend Bill Trombly Plumbing and Heating.

No one likes to have something fail such as their Mini-splits after running ok for 4 years. But Bill Trombly did well to honor the warranty services without question. Kyle, specifically did an excellent job to identify a manufacturer defects(leaks), document and get replacement parts to fix the issue. Additionally, he did an excellent job replacing both of our condenser units and getting our mini-splits back up and fully operational!

When I opened the door, I was greeted by my name and given a compliment. The plumber John and I have had meetings in the past. He remembered who I was, the work he did, and was familiar with the house. The first thing both men did was place their cover slippers on their boots. This action alone shows a level of respect to the home owner and the home. Throughout their time here I was kept informed of what they were doing. When they needed to ask a question - they began it with "Do you mind if..." Their overall demeanor let me know that they truly enjoyed their work and were proud of their efforts and made sure I was satisfied with their work. They cleaned the areas they were working in, even vacuumed my kitchen floor. They made certain items were as they were before entering the house. To make it more convenient for all they suggested using a different entrance. They informed me that they relocked the door. I was very comfortable with both men in my house. Thank you for sending such competent workers who seemed to truly enjoy their job!
