I called the Bill Trombly Company to service the heating, hvac and whole house generator that was installed in a condo that my husband and I purchased last Spring. I had mentioned that I would like to be educated in the maintenance that I should be performing between professional cleanings. Every service tech that came to my home was so personable and professional. They really took their time explaining to me the workings of each system, what I should watch for and what I can do to keep each system working properly. I’m so happy that I called them. I also used this company to install a mini- split system in my finished basement room. I can’t recommend them higher

These two young men were amazing. Explained to me what they had done. Cleaned the systems like they had not previously been cleaned. I was impressed and would like this team out again next year.
Please book them for my annual maintenance. They took their time and did it right. In previous years they have been in and out within an hour.

We purchased a gas pool heater from another vendor and we needed a natural gas supply hook up and an electrical hookup for operation. Jeff M. came out to measure, explain the process and give us an estimate that we went with. Mike & Leo installed the new piping supply line to the outside pool heater. They came out on time on the scheduled day(s) and completed the job superbly and left the area clean. Zak and Brian installed the electrical supply and also were on time as scheduled and provided a quality installation. Dispatch notified us each time that they were on the way. All who came to the house were personable, knowledgeable and professional. The installation is top notch and the pool heater works great! Time for summer fun. We had some water leaking from our bathroom to the main floor I was lucky enough to have Brian come out within hours of the call and find the problem. I was happy that he was able to find the leak and fix the problem quickly with minimal holes being cut into the ceiling.

Brian kept in contact with us during and after the service. He provided good guidance for us on a path forward.

The techs that came out were thorough and respectfully explained any issues and troubleshooting. Both techs were also extremely kind. They arrived on time. Terrific service.

Jonathan came out and serviced my central air. He was knowledgeable and answered all my questions. He also provided additional information to help me in the future.

This employees at this business are not friendly and not flexible with regard to scheduling a timely estimate for what would likely be a $20,000 to $30,000 HVAC job. I requested to speak with the owner Bill Trombly, but I was advised he doesn’t call customers, which was an arrogant response. Consequently, it appears as though the business is not interested in acquiring new customers.

Bill: Your staff wanted to schedule two weeks out and not next week. It appears your staff may have provided you with inaccurate information. I am comparing quotes and would like to make a decision sooner and not later. Also, I am not from Texas or Arizona and I live in New Hampshire. Furthermore, I did not demand to speak with you. I asked for a sales person and/or a manager to call me to discuss a high cost HVAC replacement project, which is a reasonable request. It’s interesting you have time to reply to negative reviews, but not make a call to a prospective customer, which you are welcome to do anytime.
