Bill Trombly Plumbing - Heating - Cooling - Electric

I went to their office for a clogged sewer pipe that I desperately needed to be repaired. I had never used them before. They were able to send a plumber to my house within 30 minutes. The plumber was very professional and very thorough. I was very comfortable with their recommendations and did not feel like I was being offered some thing I did not need. I am very happy with choosing them and they will be my new place to call for all my plumbing needs.

The scheduled time was a window of 10-2. However, due to circumstances at the previous appointment they didn't arrive until much later. The office called several times to apologize and update me on the new expected arrival. When Kyle did show up he was incredible responsive to my questions, explained what needed to be done, made accommodations and was incredible pleasant and professional

We had a partial main line sewer clog. I called three other companies on a Friday morning and the quickest anyone could get here was Monday or Tuesday. Bill Trombly was able to get a plumber to my house by 2pm the same day. Dave B. explained exactly what he was going to do and answered all of my questions. Our main line sewer pipe went in some unusual directions but Dave was able to get the snake through eventually and cleared out some tree roots. He confirmed the roots were clear with a video camera. We appreciated how he put down some blue plastic to protect our wood floors from his boots and equipment. I also asked him to write up a quote for some other plumbing work that will eventually need to be done. Will definitely hire them again. Thanks Dave!

Dave was prompt and professional when he arrived at my home. When he encountered a problem right away he handled it well and gave me the scenarios it could be not alarming me in any way. Thankfully nothing major wrong with the septic and he was able to do the regular maintenance/pump without any further issues. A simple fix and we are back in business. Thanks Dave.

-As usual, when in need of the services of a plumber, , I was apprehensive.. it's not something I do often and therefore past experience may not be a good indicaor of what to expect. Therefore I relied on the trusted judgement and recent experience of a neighbor and contacted Bill Trombly Plumbing Services and Brian S. was the technician assigned to me.

Boy did I make the right choice! Because of Brian I have found my "goto" plumber for the future . He was very knowledgeable, reasonable and courteous. He ensured that the job was done correctly and to my satisfaction. He also thoroughly explained what actions he was taking and why and offered alternatives when available.

I hope to keep my need for a plumber to a .minimum in the future, but should the need arise I won't hesitate to engage the services of Bill Trombly's Plumbing Services and specifically ask for Brian S.

Duct cleaning. Nice job! Could have cleaned up behind themselves better. All in all still very pleased. Also had a new furnace installed too. They were very good. Also left absolutely no trace behind. Furnace is awesome and we are very pleased good job would totally recommend Bill Trombley to anyone needing their services.

Zack S came out to look at a burnt plug situation from a freezer in our basement - he was early, professional and explained exactly what had occurred. We worked together on the best solution and he was able to reassure me from a safety perspective as electrical issues are scary! I had worked with Zack in the past on an electrical project and it is obvious that he is knowledgeable and has a good style of explaining things.

Dave B, our technician, was knowledgeable and communicated ahead of each step of the service including what he planned to do and the projected cost. He was friendly, conversational and trustworthy. Unrelated to Dave’s work, our only suggestion relates to the scheduling of the appointment window. We understand it was a very busy day but we would have appreciated a text or call when it was unlikely that the technician would be able to get to our house despite scheduling this appointment nearly two weeks ago. Fortunately our experience with Dave was terrific! He got our drain working again.
